Hi there,
It is more than likely that the parties must enter an agreement that they give up their right to sue in relation to the dispute. As such, being civil cases, they aren't able to go to court anymore.
Then, the parties are paid to attend, their travel costs are paid, they get a nice hotel paid, and the production pays any award, so everyone has been compensated and has no longer any ground to sue.
I am also pretty sure that the contract they have with the production company prevents them from suing each other afterwards or risk having to refund the production company.
No-one is going to sue anyone after appearing on the show.0
