Pigpen, dramatic yes, dramatic for you, no :p :rotfl: Why not make a crisis into a drama, makes it much more fun :D

Oh well more done, most things can roll over for the weekend that aren't. Downside for tonight I've just seen the 6th horrible teenager from where I live with a bag full of booze. This could be fun later on with half a dozen or more scratty teens (about 13/14ish) who have a bottle or so and become brave. If they drink all they have they'll be ill at a guess, very ill. Going to try to get the kids to bed early as if it errupts it'll be noisey! Will move all the boys things in the garden to somewhere I can see them, they just look in the mood to work themselves & they're bad enough to start with.

Speaking of which, looks like it's going to rain :( bang goes thinking I'll get the next loads of washing dry. As for dinner I'm treating myself, no takeaways but just sat with kids while they had tea and going to have mine in peace again. Actually I made this cheesey mash pot thing I found in the cupboard and was going to have that but when I made it, the smell and the taste put me off, I really don't know how I used to eat crap like that all the time. Yuk! Dogs even refused it so went in the bin.
One day I might be more organised...........

Lil_me.. What are you saying?? lol.. I have my own drunken spotty oik to deal with (though mines nearly 16).. I find if you go out flattering them a bit they respond MUCH better than if you go out and yell 'shut the F*** up'... from experience of living across the road from a (predominantly) student pub.. eg.. that music is just so cool and awesome to isten to but woud you be so kind as to turn it down a bit? (thinking ' before I ram those speakers so far up your @rse you'll be singing soprano for 2 years!') Manners cost nothing.. and neither does NHS treatment lol.. so if one doesn't work try the other ;)

Me..?? Buy shoes?? now would I have just done that????

Pigpen - I usually just ignore them unless I find them in my garden, have been known in the past to hose them off by accident, see I was watering the new grass seed, I didn't see they were their in their best clothes but they got wet down to their best pants I think :rotfl: also worked when we had a shorter fence and they used to sit on it or use my garden as a short cut, soon stopped them, especially the time when it was a manky mop bucket I threw into the garden :D

See like when they come out with 'I nearly killed myself there' I just say 'Better luck next time' :D

Answer to the shoes question, most definately!

Evening all - for anybody who hasn't done any flying today neither have I. No reason - can't be bothered. Have been to town and done the food shop, taken boys to and from golf, looked after a friends 2 kids for the afternoon plus had my mother over so not been sitting reading mags. It is too hot now to fly but I plan to iron whilst watching tv later - OH going out. Ah just about glass of wine time and probably not too early to start the kids baths!

Having a grrrr at men moment myself tonight. DP spent a fortune on one of the race cars he had, well over £800 I reckon, was going to sell it for £150 coz a mate needs it and he rarely uses it, I've sort of kicked off :o like I said I paid £160 just for one of the sets of spares we got for him, I'd rather my son had it than sell it a couple of months later for that! The bairns got well into it and a next car for him would cost me over £200. I was saying the other day about selling what he doesn't use but I didn't mean to get next to nothing back for it.

    Rant over :o

Right kids bed time, then will make my tea, throat hurting still so best take some pain relief now so I can eat it. Oh and the lovely riff raff kids riff raff parents have all gone out and left them to it, that'll be fun if they get called home early from an evening out to deal with a drunk brat.
One day I might be more organised...........
