It was going to be my first lie in... Past
KD might be on the back burner today as I catch up with shopping, aparently the world has ending as there is only a little tomato sauce left!
I know what you mean. I was left with no milk for my cup of tea this morning. Thank whoever!! I can drink without but it's like the world is ending.”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)
Put on some lipstick

I do love winding them all up when I am in the mood and have the time to do it. An old lady down the road from me was taken in by this lot and had a nightmare trying to sort it all out and by the time she did £300 had gone from her account
I make timeCar accidents: I always ask 'How do you know I thought I made such a good job of wiping up the blood from the windscreen' Computer : I talk to them while pushing buttons on the microwave and say things 'The light has come on come on but the soup isnt heating up' Wanting to transfer money: I give them the number IC UR 1 TW0T. Solar panels: 'I live in tipee'. TBH I dont get many because I dont answer withheld/international calls - as soon as it is answered it alerts caller its a live number and I ALWAYS tick/un tick any box offering third party calls:D
Office study kondo still under way but I have to go shopping :(If I have a full CS bag I will take that with me and drop off. Live in remote place so shopping is not just a 'pop out' activity although nearest largest village does have a T express which is handy if I decide KMing is more important ( when is is not :rotfl:)
Most of contents of office is in LR at moment:( 2 things on fr**gle - filing cabinet being one:D Second recycle box filled of paper ephemera ( love that word) and bits of carp filling office bin. Got rid of a load of bubble wrap to someone I found through fr**gle who lives in next village and sells china in Eb*y. I was keeping it to use for my Eb*y mountain but I dont think that I have much breakable stuff to sell now and when the time comes I can easily source some more - life it too short to store bubble wrap!!!
Just need OH to sort all the teccy stuff - boxes and boxes and his paperwork - more boxes and we will be there. Elusive VIPP remains elusive:(Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

I'm getting so many good ideas for handling nuisance calls that I almost wish I got more than one a year. The parents get about 3 per day, this TPS registration is worthless. I asked a nuisance caller at mine how they got my number and he said the computer was automatically generating them. He did say they'd take my number off as I have TPS registration for 10 years or more.
Technology can be fabulous thing but it doesn't half give marketeers and swindlers and easy access into your home. Many moons back, when I was getting a pooter for the first time, a wise pal told me to guard my email address as carefully as I guard my terrestrial address. I always tick the opt-out boxes for further contact etc, too. And spit any personally-addressed and unsolicited mail straight back into the postal system. If I', feeling especially cross, I might open it and spit it back via their prepaid envelope, on the grounds that it'll cost them some pennies.
Today, I am about to head out the door with sarnies and flask if tea to commune with nature on my allotment. There should be strawberries, broad beans and radishes and feral chard to harvest. And I will kondo some carpy weeds like horsetails and bindweed down to the tip, along with some of the rubble.
Little and often wins the day. Happy Kondo Saturday, folks.Every increased possession loads us with a new weariness.

I love how MK becomes ingrained ... I was sorting through the laundry basket and came to the pile of socks at the bottom - despite having done all the single socks as I had thought - there were still a half dozen or so. Straight into the bin. None of them were in good condition so finding the matching one would still give me a rubbish pair of socks. Off they went, along with two pairs of once white sports sock. Love this process!Looking ahead0

Hurrah! OH is on board. Well he has gone through his t-shirts as he couldn't shut the drawer. He has reduced the pile by half. Some of them don't bring me joy- they don't suit him but hey ho! They are his clothes not mine.
This reduction has meant that I could re fold his clothes in the approved method. They are standing so beautifully that I may take a photo.
Socks are next. He has way too many so they are stuffed in the drawer.De cluttering Konvert.Getting there

So sorry to hear about the snotty removal men, we have some really good ones here and they cannot do enough for you when they come to take stuff away. What a shame they cannot all be like that .Regarding the cold callers I heard a good one once
Someone had answered one of these calls and said in a low chilling voice
"It is done....but there is a lot of blood.... Lol
You absolutely made me howl with laughter with that. It's a little like the cold caller who rang to quiz me about my 'accident whilst driving last week' - they were somewhat stumped with my increasing panic as I told them about not being able to drive, not having a car and the frequent migraines/blackouts I'd been having :rotfl:LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

You are so right I will make the time from now on :rotfl:I promise never to let any cold caller get away lightly for evermoreI am also TPS registered what a waste of time that is
My dad gets about 10 of these calls a dayI have told him now to say I will go and get my daughter and put the phone on the side and just leave it
At least it stops the next cold caller calling
Loving the ideas to kondo these callers :rotfl:Will try some on my next call

I love cold callers. They always ask "how are you today, Ma'am?"
By the time I've finished my tale of woe, you can hear their head hitting the desk!
The latest story involved my husband eloping with his boyfriend and taking the dog. I asked if they knew how to get the dog back as I missed it so much!0 -
