Happy Wednesday!
Have been reading your diary since inception but first post.
You inspired me to start my own and potentially get a freezer for meal planning....0 -

Sub 33k
Next month will hopefully see the pay a debt challenge sub 7k so that's my goal with March's pay. Tall order but you never know.
My overall debt should be heading down to 30k with March's amount and definitely sub 30k (ideally sub 29k) when April's pay kicks in.Debt - CCV £3792

Right I've gritted my teeth and got on with it. Cheque's completed for outstanding payments which I was going to put off until next month when I should get my bonus. I need them out of the way really so this months overpayments are not going to happen but it means the bonus next month can go to debt instead of these payments.
Still waiting for the vet bill through though and not in a rush to get that!
I need to start thinking about what I'm putting on ebay too.Debt - CCV £3792

I've just done a post and it's lost now so I'm not sure what happened there. Maybe I closed the screen by mistake.
I'm feeling very calm and content today. I like feeling like this, it's been a while coming and I'm glad it has.
I have a couple of things to list on ebay as promised and will get them on shortly.

Happy Friday!
Ah thank you. Just take one day at a time (says me, the most impatient person you will meet) and you will get there.
The only news today is horsey news. Last night the smallest pony, ours, who has been fab for a few weeks, was a complete !!!!. He wanted DD (8) off and by god did he get her off. I flipped. She hurt her head and I am guessing her hat should be checked even though it was on the arena floor, but it took a whack off the floor. He did everything he could to get her off and was just down right naughty doing it. She sat everything except the emergency stop, shoulder drop and huge buck just to ensure she was leaving the saddle. Before, he's spooked, been cheeky but this was next level.
So if you would have asked me last night, I would have sold him. He is 11.2 and although she could get another 2 years from him, well, ish, she is also ready for the next one (loan pony is 13.2). DD agreed at first to sell him (I hadn't even asked, I'd just shouted, 'that's it, he's going') but then when she'd showered she came down and said she'd thought long and hard about it and she was sticking with him and will get back on tonight.
Now I know this is a very mature decision by her and I am not throwing the towel in at the first hurdle. Those who've been with me since the beginning know that he has been a cheeky pony for the whole time we have had him and at the start there was a lot more bad than good times for a long time but we stuck with him and worked through, many tears and many smiles too.
Her next pony needs to take her to the next level and not be an argument ever time she rides. He's taught her LOADS and she is am amazing little rider really and it is thanks to him. I just feel how long should it be before she gets "an easier ride", something a bit saner and quieter. I know there's no such thing as bomb proof and I'm not suggesting she wants that, but a school master who knows his onions and won't be such a prat every day.
DH who would normally be supportive disagreed. He said we need to see him through and really, he never wants to sell him. !!!!!!, excuse my french. He is the one who complains at their expense and time consumption.
Sorry - this is probably very garbled, but it's helping me work through in my mind. The last thing I want is for DD to come off badly again but I also know she wants to ride and she loves it and pony.
Ideally he'd be living out now, that would solve many issues I think.Debt - CCV £3792
