Vodafone UK - Porting nightmare - unable receive calls for over a month

hi,
was this ever resolved?
im having the same problem but it wasnt a ported number just a new sim card/
The agents are useless.ive spoke to the whole company just about with the same answers its fine at our end.funny the only texts i can receive is from VODAFONE so frustrating.

It took 32 days in the end but I was resolved. Mine was the same I could only receive calls and texts from Vodafone. Try the email address in the post above, it’s for the directors office and they have more clout. Customer service and the tech team are useless
