For reasons yet to be known....my SIM only contract has stopped working..
Number ported from EE onto the special £20 deal with unlimited mins and texts and 20gb of data....all been going well.
Now today sim has stopped working, no incoming or outgoing calls or texts....and can't access account.
Hopefully this is just a blip !!!!0 -

I haven't been able to receive calls/texts for over two weeks now. I was assured beforehand that the process was easy and almost immediate. Instead I have spent many hours on the phone to Vodafone trying to find out why it hasn't yet been done. I've made 10 calls to Vodafone as well as web chats and sending emails. They send me round in circles and tell me to wait 72 hours at a time. I've had countless promises that it will be fixed tomorrow. Everything they say is a lie. I was just told by a member of staff in the Porting office that they have no contact with the Tech team, so there was nothing she could do (except for 'escalate' my claim for the 7th time). I was told there was no manager in the office I could speak to, but was promised that the manager would call me back (which of course hasn't happened). I have emailed the CEO and called everyone I can think of. I don't know what else to do and am beginning to despair. I can't even log into My Vodafone to write on the forum as my phone can't receive their security text.0
