Sorry you find yourself back here insider, sending hugs your way.

Apple sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well, hope you're on the mend soon.

  • Welcome Easilydistracted and welcome back Insider, sorry to hear things haven't worked out for you

What an awful comment Midget, some people just don't think about what they are saying.

Big5 - Charlotte was my baby girl name too, I was furious with them and now don't want the name - I wasn't TTC then either :rotfl:

Sending lots of love, hugs and positivity to all :):j

Sounds like we've all had a sucky day!! As I got my spotting which basically means AF is almost here I have had a mahoosive glass of red wine.

Really worried about this early spotting now. With the shorter cycle and earlier ov I really thought this could be our month but spotting from 9DPO just can't be good :-(

I really wish I knew what I'd done to deserve this!!

  • Easilydistracted, PCOS is a hormone disorder so opks (which detect the hormone surge before ovulation) may not be accurate for us. It's possible to have several surges in a cycle while only ovulating once, or not at all.

Having said that, I still found it worth doing the cheapies, as it can still be an indicator and helps you get to know your own body. But tracking cm and temps was a lot more accurate for me in actually showing ovulation x

Hugs to everyone that needs them.

Totally understand the whole jealousy/upset feelings you get when someone announces a pregnancy on fb. We've also already thought about how we would annouce our pregnancy when it happens, luckily nobody has done it yet but I would probably feel exactly the same as you Rachy.

Someone on fb posted a picture yesterday that said something along the lines of "To the person without their mum, to the mum who has lost her child and to the woman longing to be a mum you are not forgotton this mothers day." That was nice to see amongst the numerous breakfast in bed and soppy messages.

    Welcome Easilydistracted.
Midget - what a silly comment for someone to make. Some people really dont think! Grrr!
Cats - im sorry to hear the spotting has started :(

CD30 8DPO today. I had a temp drop yesterday to just above the coverline so of course i googled it and then read about implantation drops and started to get my hopes up. My temp rose again today but i've got a more level head on today and just going to wait it out till Saturday when AF is due.

Insider I'm sorry you find yourself here again... I completely understand, as do many others on here. Sending you lots of luck for this time. Thanks for the support as always everyone. Yesterday was tough!

But it's a new week and I'm determined to stay as positive as I can. Almost in the BD zone... here we go again!

Hugs to all - cats I definitely think you should mention the short LP - I heard that taking vitamin B6 can help but no idea if it works and obvs not a medical expert x

Hugs to everyone who need them!

I completely understand the whole Facebook announcements, I have to admit, I have thought about how I would announce it

I'm on CD41 now with no sign of AF and another negative CB digital yesterday :(

I also found yesterday particularly difficult having a mothers day /birthday lunch with OHs mum and cousin. Sat next to cousin due her baby girl in 3 weeks and sat across from my 2 year old nephew. A lot of time spent talking a about pregnancy and named etc

Then spent another couple of hours at my mums talking about my brother and sister in law announcing their pregnancy and midwife appointments.

I don't feel I'm as upset just because tests are negative, I think it's the combination if no AF either. I feel that I have no clue what is happening with my body and don't really know where to go from here! What do I do if AF just doesn't come?

Couldn't face work today so I'm still curled up in bed feeling sorry for myself :(

clarabell try not to beat yourself up about it all - we all know exactly how you are feeling, and its extra frustrating as you don't know when AF will show or where you are up to. Be kind to yourself and get some rest x
