JoB, the house move is very exciting. By Christmas you'll be settled in and some leave will be good for both of you.
I did another OPK today... slightly fainter than the control line. I did it at 9pm having drunk a few glasses of water this evening so I have my suspiciouns that if I'd tested late afternoon without a drink since lunchtime like my previous three days, it'd have been positive. Hmmm... very interesting. I can't stop researching it online. In addition to the previous suggestions of early pregnancy, PCOS and double ovulation, I can now add reluctant egg release to the conspiracy theories! In any case, the consensus seems to be to count the first day it was detected as the surge.
So I'm declaring CD18 DPO2 (just a guess that I ovulate 24 hours after first detection of LH surge). Still using Conceive Plus and hanging out in the TWW camp.MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -
Wow that is strange, hoping its a good sign for you - I had positive OPK for 2 days this month but didn't think anything of it as tested about 18 hours apart so was kinda the same day really.
CD23 8DPO today, and the "symptoms" I'd convinced myself of have all but stopped... I feel kind of "normal"... which I've now convinced myself is a good thing as normally I'd be getting PMT by now!!

Hey all! Sorry been a bit quiet, can I be updated to CD8 please? Cycle was 32 days in the end.
Bought some OPKs to start trying as think I've been a tad naive about how easy this would be!!
Fingers crossed for everyoneOfficially Mrs B as of March 2013

Me too! I had no idea how small the window actually is each month to try, I had been blindly going along thinking you should just try all month and that some days had better chances than others!
How I have gotten to the age of 34 without truly understanding my own body's reproductive capabilities I don't know. Good luck cats!Hey all! Sorry been a bit quiet, can I be updated to CD8 please? Cycle was 32 days in the end.

Hi all,
I joined a while ago but stopped ttc until after the wedding. back from honeymoon and ttc now.
Already been using ovia for around 9 months. Just ordered the pregnacare ttc multivitamins for him and her and ordered some ov sticks from amazon. Will try and do bbt every morning too, tried to do this previosuly but i always forget. IS it definatly a good indication of ov?
Thanks all0 -
Staple, bbt is a good indicator that you have ovulated (though it's not foolproof), but it doesn't help in predicting ovulation - by the time you see a temperature shift, it's likely the egg's no longer up for fertilisation. It's good to pinpoint your cycles, but don't stress if you find it difficult to track.
Hugs to you Pug. I'm also feeling blue at the moment, though for different reasons - I'm on CD54 now and still no sign of *anything*. FF finally removed the crosshairs a few days ago, but has now put them back for last Friday - I don't know why, as there's no signs of ovulation then and no temp shift since. If it was then though we missed it, just haven't been able to keep up the bding.
It's been more than two months since I even had the excitement of a tww. I'm feeling barren, useless and massively patronised by the Clearblue people.
Hope everyone else is having a better time of it, lots of luck to those waiting to test xx0 -
I'm now 9DPO and slowly going insane.
I've got such bad PMS(?) today, I'm going to kill someone. Everyone is annoying me and I'm snapping at people. I never ever normally have moods like this when I'm PMSing. Also having cramps, which again I can't remember having the week before my period before.Happiness can be found in even the darkest of places, if one only remembers to turn on the light - Albus Dumbledore

OH's ex got engaged last night. I feel like the world is laughing at me. I'm obviously not good enough for any of this!
One of my best friends gets married in May and her hen do is in Brighton in April - which gives me 4 weeks to get pregnant so I can drink at it!Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

Lulu it took me ages to work out why you'd want to get pregnant so you can drink, then I realised you meant next April and that it is actually June now!
Don't be down about not getting married or engaged. You're still very young for those things, and you'll probably find if you give it time it will feel more natural and 'right' when it does eventually happen. My OH and I didn't get engaged until our son was over a year old, and I was DESPERATE for it. OH said my desperation put him off asking. Now I'm glad we waited all that time, looking back I realise we weren't in the right place before.Happiness can be found in even the darkest of places, if one only remembers to turn on the light - Albus Dumbledore

23 in 3 weeks, I know it can be considered young but it isn't at the same time. My mum had been married for 5 years at this age. It's not the being engaged it's the fact that we're not moving anywhere. TTC sucks balls and I don't feel like we're progressing in our relationship since I moved in 2 years ago.Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016
