Hi All, hope you are having a good Monday so far.

So went for the meal on Saturday with the Inlaws, no awkward questions due to having a couple of glasses of vino but there were a couple of comments about the couple with a baby in the pub beer garden beforehand ("ooh that'll be you soon")... cue quick change of subject...

CD19 4DPO today... BD 4 times since the positive OPK and already itching to test (pointless I know...). 2ww feels like forever. Had a sore back yesterday and today and what felt like cramping so probably setting myself up for mega disappointment thinking it could be implantation.... who knows!!? At least I can vent on here though.

Sending love, luck and sticky dust to all!

Welcome to the newbies, please enjoy your hopefully short stay here. Ask any questions you like, rant to your heart's content. We're good listeners, and we've all been there.

Woop woop, LittleMoog - you're back in the game! :T

Fairydust, we have Conceive+, and have used it a couple of times. It was useful when doing SMEP, because BD that frequently was not exactly comfortable for a couple who don't usually get to BD much, IYSWIM ;) However, as you can see, I'm still here, so it wasn't a miracle solution.

Bit of a TMI question coming up. Was anyone else on the mini-pill before starting this TTC business? I was on Micronor for more years than I can remember, and since coming off it, AF has been getting heavier and heavier. I'm getting through more Bodyforms than ever. AF usually lasts 4-5 days now though, which is a good few days shorter than when I was on Micronor, so maybe my body's just trying to chuck a week's worth of... er..... offerings... into a smaller time frame?

Great news littlemoog! Fingers crossed for this cycle and your rainbow :)

I've been cramping for past two days at 4/5dpo, its almost identical to ov pain, so much so I started doing opks again but no lines, not even skinny ones.

Trying not to test, want to just wait and see if AF arrives, especially as my temps seem to be on a slow decline :( fxd for everyone else coming up to O or in 2ww :j

Temp rise this morning, so think I'm now 1 dpo. Have just worked out that if I catch this cycle I'll find out just before a massive family party weekend! Going to be hard to hide not drinking there, but after our loss I don't really want to tell people until we've had a scan this time.

Cuilean I was on a mini-pill before TTC the first time, but I had no periods at all while on it, so no help I'm afraid! Generally periods on the pill are "fake" if you see what I mean, so you might just be settling back to your natural cycle, which might be different now to before you went on the pill as it does change with age. HTH!

jtr no testing, it's too early! ;)

    Hope you're all well ladies.

7 DPO and my body's mind games have begun. Got woken up in the middle of the night by cramping, but this morning I'm not sure whether it's just because I wanted to pee? Didn't feel like it, but I'm trying to convince myself that's all it was.

My dad has kept ringing about booking an apartment holiday next June abroad. I've tried to be as nonchalant as possible about it, and telling him we'll book it later, as with my best wishes and hopes I would either be very pregnant or have a newborn. It's really difficult!

Aileth I'm just the same, I think I'm about 7/8DPO and I'm looking out for any signs at all! Can't say I've had any cramps at all, but I've had tummy ache which is probably just trapped wind.

Our family are also wanting to book a holiday for next March, to Disney World of all places. I just have to keep telling them we can't afford it.

Really going to try to not test this weekend, but I have zero self control.

Definitely not! My OH doesn't have a very high drive so usually ends up wanting to BD ONCE and it's usually in the TWW :mad:

Wow there are a few of us in the 2ww right now!! Hoping for BFPs for all!

5DPO and still got a sore back and bloating... probably more a food baby though as can't stop eating at the minute... if I am out this month I think a major health kick is in order... can't hurt can it?

It's really tricky when people start trying to make plans with you in 9 months time... I've got a wedding next May as Maid of Honour and dreading the dress shopping question as I could be any size if all goes to plan in the next few months...

Would be a lovely problem to have though eh?

Hey all, hope you don't mind a rant

Colleague in work today shared a "secret" with me - she' going to be a granny, then came the dreaded question "they got married the same time as you, no sign of you having a baby?"

Felt like crying, screaming, laughing & strangling her all at the same time!!! I've been well used to the questioning & it hasn't bothered me before, but today it almost pushed me over the edge. Thankfully it was just before I finished for the day, so I congratulated her (through gritted teeth!!!) & then was able to run. Think I'm turning into an emotional wreck already

On the plus side, I've booked GP appointment for next week, going to chat about ttc plans, as I have a few health issues. Should all be grand, but just want to make sure, so fx.
