Rambosmum - I agree with BlackRibboner FMU is best. Although, now I have found IC tests, I POAS about a week before my period is due - but it is a habit I am trying to break!!!

Lulu - hope all is going well for you. What did you decide to do about your theme park trip?

It is hard to stay motivated to BD on demand rather than on desire, it also ruins any desire i may have had. It is tough not to stress.

I think AF is on its way.....normal period signs right on time (they start a few days before). It gets more upsetting each month.......
    Mort at highest - June 2008 - £171,000 - Daily Int 5.9% = £27.64:eek:
    Offset Mort - Nov 2010 £150,299- Daily Int 3.75% = Nov £15.44
    Mortgage Jan 2012 - £136,000 - Daily Int 3.75% - £3.10

Ok ladies. Need help calming down. BFN yesterday... Not surprising given it was only 10dpo......but tested just now and see a feint line, no squinting! It's still so early! Testing with fmu tomorrow. Not telling OH until AF is due and I am 100% sure. Dare I think the thought that this is third time lucky.......

I'm stressed with this already and it's only month 1! i've had some symptoms which suggest AF is coming, been off the pill 3 weeks, so whilst I secretly wanted to be one of those amazing people who got pregnant straight away, I now just want an AF so that I can start tracking probably :(

how do you all stay calm?!

Yeah, I really struggled to stay calm this TWW, it's my second. The first was when I was on holiday so wasn't too bad.

So, I decided not to poas but got home, needed the loo and it was sat right there. So I did. And at 3 minutes I saw a faint line, at 5mins it was a little darker, so I called calmly to the hubby. I handed it him and asked him what he saw "yeah there's 2 line, ones faint but there's 2 line". I looked at him, he stared at me, and then said "what is it?"!

So I have a very tiny, very faint, but very real positive. Hubby went out to buy tea and came back with some clear blue digitals - the ones that say you can test 4 days early, but I think I'll wait until FMU just to double check.

Edit: OH wanted me to do another test so as I'm peeing like a racehorse I did, and the clear shows a definite pregnant.

I can't insert a photo but it says Pregnant 1 - 2 weeks. Which is about right.

I'm now terrified I'll have a very early miscarriage and maybe would rather not have known. I've also realised that this date 5 years ago would have been the due date of my baby had I not miscarried. Funny old world. Please God let this be a sticky bean.

Just need to get this out and have no-one in RL that I want to talk to.

Me and OH have been 'not trying, not preventing' for a few months. Came off pill end of December. My periods have been a few days early each month compared to trackers that I've used (Period Tracker, Ovia and Fertility Friend). This month I was due on Friday, but had no signs or symptoms, nothing Sat too. On Sunday I was a tad emotional (crying at sad tv progs!) but nothing else. I decided to wait to POAS as OH is away til tonight and I didn't want to do it before he was back. But this morning as I was about to go to work, I came on :(, or I think I have, it's a very light flow compared to the past few months first day.

I felt absolutely gutted, I had tried not to get my hopes up that it had worked, we only managed BD twice in fertile period so wasn't expecting it to have worked, it's just that I have never been late before.

Oh well, least I can still drink on our all inclusive holiday next month! :rotfl:

Thanks for letting me ramble x

    Congratulations rambosmum :)

I hope it's okay to just burst in like this, feels a bit cheeky! Me and the fianc! are also in the "not officially trying but not preventing" phase - well officially... In reality we're pretty keen. Came off the pill very recently so we'll see when a period turns up.

Right now though, we need the side effects of the meds he's on to calm down - they're causing anorgasmia which is not exactly useful (or fun!). Fingers crossed it'll get better soon!
    On the up :D
