Stash Busting 2015 - I WILL use my mountains before buying more!

Today I made a small striped simple bag, a lined pencil case and a lined case for my rotary cutter. Oh, and sewed the binding on to the bunting.

I've had a real day of using up and finishing off projects, along with some reorganising. Plus- I played with my new toy, and I love it!!

Today's activities put my count at:

19) 'family' papercut for Mother's Day
20) reverse cut out for our house (counting as two, as had to do twice cos I mucked it up, and used up two frames)
21) thank you card (start up project for the cricut)
22) Mother's Day card
23) envelope (counting as a project as my first attempt, and I destashed about 15 sheets of paper trying to get it right!! :rotfl: )
24) finished off crochet baby blanket
25) turned dodgy crochet blanket in progress into a cushion cover
26) knitting needle roll for my mom for Mother's Day

Ooof, busy but fun day!

I love the project bag! Haven't done any sewing in a white, and do have lots of material in the stash. Hmm. Might have to have a look for patterns and ideas.
I'm STILL working on my christmas blanket. It's wavy stripes in olive and cranberry, thick stripes. Now up to 11 stripes! So may be done in time for christmas. And i thought i was crazy starting early. I'm doing other things between.
I have so much papercraft material in the stash, that's what i need to try to use some up of. But not cards. I've made so many cards. May hit pinterest for some ideas.

I have mostly been practicing with new cutting mat, rotary cutter and ruler,(an early 40th birthday present) so I have rather a lot of 2.5 inch squares that I didn't know I wanted. I have also made a coin purse for a friend

Everyone is doing so well - I'm desperate to get back onto it. The sooner I get the rest of the wedding stationery out of the way the better!
