Hi pixiedust can you do bunting with your scraps or an owl cushion. These are the easy starter projects at our sewing class. Also hanky holders for the pocket tissues are easy.

Made 20 cards this week as hand physio... Get frustrated as drop everything but don't bother to make them if I am not on this challenge. So that is the good news.

Bad news is I bought new dies and stamp sets to use up paper mountain. But to be fair were in the sale and they wanted to live at my house.

I have another 25 to add to the total - made a load of decorated paper clips... One off my pintrest list... Most of the are double sided as using a button to hide the glue was easier and burned less than using felt... hahaha

I'm not counting all the elements as one each - just the finished products... Size wise not much of a dent - but these have been on my 'to do' list for ages...

I was planning on starting on a dress pattern on my week off but I have been feeling poorly and have only faced small projects - which is a bit of a cop out but hey ho...

I too have fallen off the craft things waggon - I was having my hair done (first time in 8 months - hate sitting still for that long) and I treated myself to 3 craft magazines for £6 with free craft goodies on them... I will also be taking one of the kits on my weekend away - in case we get snowed in and I need something to do...

Have a great weekend to all - and hope the snow isn't too bad...

    Hi all :)

I promise I will post pics on my blog asap Birdie85 :)

I have made 4 more owls and scented the stuffing with essential lavender oil so my house is smelling lovely at the moment (if a little strong) :)

I have also been having a bit of a play and made some heart bunting from my card scraps and a length of ribbon (I thought I could put it across my stall on Sunday seeing as Valentines Day is fast approaching), two pom pom love bugs (an idea I found on Pinterest) and 3 heart flowers (simply paper hearts made from polkadot paperchains I bought ages ago from poundland joined together to make a flower and attached to green art straws (again a purchase made ages ago and just found during my craft room tidy!)

So I'm declaring another 10 items towards my total :)

And I've still not been tempted to buy any craft stash - this is definitely a record for me :)

    Happy stash busting everyone :)

    Another 12 to declare :)

This time 10 x felt flowers (die cut felt flowers hot glue gunned onto onto a green painted wooden skewer with ribbon leaves - will post a pic soon on blog but nicer than they sound! ) and two wicker wreaths decorated with rolled felt flowers.

Still no sign of any dent in my stash yet though :)

    Keep crafting :)

Good morning my fellow stash busters. I hope you are all warm and cozy in this cold spell :)

I've had an early start this morning and finished off another 10 felt flowers. I've also decorated a pastel flower pot which I bought agoes ago (with the intention of doing sweet trees but never got round to it!) with some of ribbon stash so I'm going to count that as well :)

So I'm declaring a further 11 items towards my total :)

    Happy stash busting everyone :)

One more to declare from me. I finished decorating a large blackboard sign I started ages ago and turned it into a to do board :)

Now ive got to decide whether to go to the craft fair or not. Its raining hard outside with even worse weather due later. I know its not been advertised well and the woman who runs them has turned funny with me for some reason and wont commit if there is space for me at any of her other events. Its on a holisay camp nwar the beach and no tourists are about at the moment and locals dont often support. What do u all think - do I go and run the risk of losing stall money or stay at home making more stock for an online shop I am thinking of opening? Plus my kids would have go to craft fair in afternoon as hubby working so will probably get bored and cost me more money :)

    What do u all think?

Just one more to add for this weekend, a new home card for my cousin. Will be carrying on with some crochet in the evenings.
