Hi, I would love to join, I am a long time lurker and enjoy seeing what other people make. I have a rather a large stash of fabric I want to use up. I love making fabric wreaths. I have 23 Styrofoam wreaths to use up before I will allow myself buy anything else. Now that I have it written down I will complete the challenge. I finished one today and wanted to post, but although a member nearly 2 years MSE wont allow me post a link as I am a new user!!!Stashbusting 2015 6/23 :j0

Im up to 13 of 50! I might increase my total. Mostly crochet so far, a few jewellery pieces. I must at some point update the blog with photos.
going to try something I've never tried before at some point next week; terami http://m.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-Temari/ I think it's gorgeous. I can promise, mine won't look like that. But I at least have everything I'll need in the stash already.
Quick question, I don't want to cheat on this..so need to run this by you lot. I subscribe to craft magazines. So technically I had already paid for them previously. But they often come with free gifts, which would count as new. So, can I use these free gifts with a clear conscience, or are they "new stash" and banned?Book a week challenge: 11/52. Thanks. I have a feeling I'll need it. I wanted to try a few new things this year, so it's that and macrame. They're about all I can manage without buying a lot in and starting a new craft from scratch.Book a week challenge: 11/52. Competitions won in 2021: 120

I actually have all the bits in my craft room waiting to be made into one too so hopefully you will inspire me to dig them out and get crafting

Well done on your progress and I love the look of the "balls"
It is not cheating at all to use the free gifts from the magazines. Use away with a clear conscience - just remember to post pics of your makes using themMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -
Still no more makes for me to declare yet
On the plus side I have been trying to tidy up and organise my craft room again today and have purged some paper and a scrapbook album ready to sell
On the downside in my organising mission I seem to have created an even bigger space problem as I can't fit it all on the shelves they came off of (even with some purging!!)Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -

Not much finished this week - but have made a start on some at least...

I can kind of declare three boxes of fabric and a bag of wool, all of which are going to friends who knit and sew, and to a local nursery.
Was I on 48? I've lost track. Let' say I'm up to 50.Not bad seeing as I was supposed to do 100 for the year and we're not yet at the end of January!

Hi everyone, loving all the ideas and inspiration.
Made 9 cards today using up "random card blanks" which have been in the drawer for ages and used scraps up for paper piecing the Owls to go on them and some ribbon which has not even made a dent in my ribbon mountain. Also used some pink pearl embellishments which were bought by dd years ago when in the pink phase.0
