  • I had a busy day on Monday tidying the airing cupboard. Empties everything out onto my bed and then wondered how everything fitted in there in the first place. Sorted out towels first and put them back in a nice neat stack. A couple of tatty towels were removed and cut up for cleaning rags.

I sorted through a pile of clothing for my grandson who stays at weekends. He is now 4 so all outgrown clothing was put into a bin bag. I managed to fill a big black bin bag. I didn't count but there must have been over 40 items of clothing. They will be taken to the charity shop today.

All bedding was sorted into size and put back neatly. The small pile of carpet off cuts that were in the bottom of the cupboard were boxed up and will be taken to the tip.

I now have a nice neat and organised airing cupboard :)
