  • Evening All.
Not posted for ages, still always on the look out for clutter to fling ☺.
    Where does the weekend go?
Managed a large carrier of bits to go to CS. DD has had new winter coat, so old one gone, together with bodywarmer that's no longer worn. A pair of leather flip flops that I don't find very comfy. Plus DD has sorted out all her children's jewellery which she no longer wants, just kept a few bits that have nice memories attached.
Also, a decent pile of magazines in recycling bin and small bag of bits and pieces in rubbish bin, including couple of pairs of my ballet pumps that were on their last legs.
Right, best go run nice bath for DD. DS has gone to cinema with friends. May have a quick fly around his room with vacuum cleaner while he's out. Have a good week everyone.

  • Felt really inspired after reading some of this thread at the weekend! There is so much stuff in my house gathering dust in my home and just random piles of paperwork everywhere, need to get rid! Want to give myself a target of 1000 things decluttered by the end of the year...

    1 Son's hoody, outgrown
2 Son's old school bag, broken
3 Olive oil hoarded for two years - had nasty flavour
    4 Broken laundry bag
5 Ugly blind that covered front door
6-8 3x pairs shoes too grotty for charity shop
9 Watch - gift from ex, too upsetting to ever wear again
10-11 2x pairs sunglasses, gift from ex, can't wear again
12-17 pairs of tights, all not worn in over three years
18-19 Swimming noodles that have gone bad

Unfortunately bin is now full so no more until it's emptied later in the week :D

I've got two bags on the landing for charity shop/clothes recycle but won't count these until they leave the house as they've been on the landing for weeks!
