Rainy weather is quite good for decluttering.

I went through my shoes today and decided to donate a pair of gold flat shoes, why did I buy them? I've never even worn them.:o:D

The council is collecting some rubbish from me next week, I was on the phone with the man from the council for about 10 minutes, I think he must have been new.:p

I had quick tidy up and got rid of a few random things around the house. Where does it all come from? It seems like I've done this about a hundred times.:rotfl:
  • I bought a new cup so I got rid of a paper clipboard that had been on my husband's desks (unused) for ages.:j

So far this weekend we have managed to:
    * Go through all my make up, 50% of it was binned
    * Write a freezer inventory list, tonight's dinner is currently being defrosted.
*Currently OH is sorting through boxes in the garage and also flattening various card boards ready to be taken to Mr T's recycling.
    * A jar of pickled cucumber was used up during the week.

Later this afternoon I am planning to make granola using up porridge oats and nuts.

  • As part of my declutter I have sorted out my left over avon products from when I sold avon. I am donating them to the ward I work on. I work on a womens ward in a psychiatric unit and some of them come in with only the clothes they are wearing, so they will be well used :)
