Spare bedroom wardrobe looked fairly empty but DD is very tidy:
    - packaging for a camera and 2 mobile phones (one from 2004!) recycled
    - bundle of polypockets and file covers recycled
    - ood toiletries binned
    - a couple of hangers binned (our CS won't take them)
    - small basket, ukulele, a set of fabric covered letters into (another) CS box
    - 4 scarves and a place mat into fabric recycling
    - manky ring binder, name badge, assorted stickers etc binned
    - a key into metal recycling
    - 2 magazines dated 2011 recycled

Do I dare sort out under the sink? DH is asleep in his chair, so I might as well!

Edit: did my toiletry stash instead.
-5 items binned as past it or ood
    -4 items to CS box
    - 18 items to donate to Womens' Aid.

Just in case all this seems a bit manic, we intend to downsize in 18 months time. Currently we live in a well filled a 4 bedroomed house which is far too big for the two of us now that our family is up and away. I really don't want the burden of all this 'stuff' any more.

    17 - 20. 4 pate dishes - Charity Shop
    21. Record bowl - CS
    22. Pack of cards - CS
    23. OH's holey trainers - bin
    24. My work shoes - bin
    25. Mini rucksack - CS

It doesn't seem much but it's all the little things that keep cupboards, shelves, drawers and wardrobes overflowing. I've organised my toiletries and makeup etc so that I'll actually use it all up. Just got to keep on going...

    4. Another carrier bag of paperwork and bits n bobs
    5. 3 glasses cases to cs bag
    6. Stack of Christmas card bits. I cut up 3-4 yrs worth into gift tags and craft bits for the kids, so that's a box half emptied into the recycling :)
  • Have 2 drawers under my bed full of handbags.
Tried to declutter them today to reduce them to 1 drawer.
Haven't quite managed yet and need to find the strength to be more ruthless. :-/
Have listed 5 bags on ebay though.
