I cleared out the 'bag' cupboard today. Sorted out a carrier of carriers, another of bags for freezing, another for clearing the garden and another for black sacks. Why do I have 5 rolls of black sacks and 3 rolls of green garden ones?! Also found a roll of foil, one of baking parchment, two rolls of cling film and one of greaseproof paper. All put back in their rather crushed boxes and stored end up in the cupboard, a carrier bag of torn, holey, messy bags in the rc. Remains to be seen how long I put some more useless bags in there 'in case they come in useful'...

    334. Pretty Liz Earle that I was keeping because I liked it - used for packaging ebay purchases.

Decluttering has slowed down due to loads of things happening. My boss has given in her notice so I'm getting my application for her job ready. I've found out that I need to have a procedure under general anaesthetic in a few weeks so I'm quietly freaking out about that! And I have two essays to write for a leadership course I'm doing. So....yeah, bit stressed :)

CookieMonsta - wishing you all the best. I hope everything goes well for you over the next few weeks

Everyone is doing fantastically well :j

Boy! This week has been tough. RL is very challenging at the moment :(. Despite this I've been very gently continuing to declutter.

I've been sorting through my cookery magazines
    26 RC
prescription medication which is no longer needed / OOD - given back to pharmacy
    Old Paper RC
    Paper - shredding

    Wishing everyone a fantastic weekend.

    Morning everyone

Life's been very hectic so not much decluttering done this week. I did take a load of books to work for a second hand book sale though. I have also booked to do a car boot sale in a couple of weeks - I'm having an indoor table though as I'm not brave enough to stand outside all morning in March!
    Have a great weekend

Lawks a' mercy I've been up investigating the cases of doom on top of the wardrobe.

    Here's the latest 'outs'

    549 -553 some bits sold & posted
    two skirts
    two pairs trousers
    magazine

    Binned / Recycled

554 a load of old photos
    555 broken curtain tie back
556 craft stencil sponges...all dried up & pretty much crumbling to dust...
557 -562 six tubes of silk paint either dried up or so little left as to be useless
563 random bit of tinsel that was on top of the wardrobe (?)
    564 dried up felt tips
565 old fimo clay....think its probably dried up, too late...binned it now
566 - 567 two rubber stamps, rubber has perished
568 random blue gunk in a vitamin jar? What was this? Some sort of paint or dye I mixed up many years ago? No idea, a bit worrying that is....binned!
    569 load of acetate stencils
570 old catalogue dating back to 1995 !
571 & 572 ink stamp pads all dried out

    into the rehoming sack -
    573 pair of headphones
    574 ceramic knick-knackery
    575-578 four CDs
    579 shoulder bag
    580 book

Also found about 14 metric tonnes of dust up on top of the wardrobe. Whilst I do flick the extendable duster over it I think I'm going to have to get the stepladder out and venture up there properly more often (embarrassed)
