Seriously no wonder my house looks untidy
I have just put two recycling bags full of old papers and magazines out!
Culled 3 files of pages I'd taken out of mags for sewing stuff, Christmas stuff and recipes they must have been untouched for at least 3years so have all gone.
A bottle of tippex that rattles!
An old mouse with no ball
A pair of mini speakers the cable has been cut off
A mini digital camera from when they first came out but it has no cables with it
    A broken calculator
A load of biros that don't write
Some rubber stamper blocks that are congealed with ink and starting to perish
    3 pairs old headphones
6 plastic files that are old and splitting
6 scratched pairs of 3d glasses free from cinema
A few pieces of one of those wooden dinosaur skeleton puzzles
8 half filled with shopping lists old note books
    That has all been binned
I now have a pile of old cheque book stubs receipts and stuff to shred abd I've not even mentioned the CS pile!!!!

It feels really good to be clearing all this

I have about the same again to go through

Shredding has been done and put out, amazingly the shedder behaved and let me do it all with cutting out and needing a 45 min break between pages!
Found a scratched CD so that's binned
10 years ago the fan packed up in our tower so we got a new one to replace it - I've just found the old fan neatly boxed and put away in he sideboard!!! It is now in the pile of small metal bits for DH to take to be recycled at work this afternoon.
Plastic box washing powder tablets came in put in recycling

    Hiya everyone :hello:

Well I am still in the cupboard of files and paperwork - about a third done now so the end is not in sight yet :rotfl:

It's our 5th wedding anniversary today but we are not going out as I'm working and DH is on earlies. So we will probably go for a drink at the weekend and then put the monies to our holiday meals-out as we go on Monday

It's also my last day at work as we have decided I should take early retirement. I am starting to find it a bit too much now working five out of ten every fortnight.

It seemed a good time to give my notice as only have to work this week and then away for the other three weeks anyway. So not really decided what I will do after my holidays but will worry about that when I come back and just enjoy the time away.

So there is hope that I will get the clutter eventually sorted but think it will be after the hols now before I'm finished.
