I hope so Cwtchie - although early signs aren't fab!
OH car insurance came in at £80ish over, so that'll be cutting into the repayment fund straightaway. I did get £52ish in cashback, so eventually it will all even out pretty much.
I've paid the minimum to both cards. Card 1 is now standing at £2104.24 - at the very least I would like to get this below 2k by month end.
Got a few bits to ebay - not a lot but hopefully should net me £20-£30 fingers crossed. Will look to get these listed over the weekend.
Swags still incredibly slow grrrr - still not managed to get my next £5gc. Checking everyday but trying not to waste to much time on it as I'm getting screened out of most surveys. Anyone got any suggestions for other survey sites to try???0 -
Grrr - student loans company have messed up again! When I phoned in the new year to arrange to finish off payment via dd, they said that they'd stop taking it from my wages and the dd would kick in in April - no they've continued to take it! The confirmation of dd they'd sent was completely different to what I'd arranged over the phone and I'd also asked them to write to confirm correct dd details - this hasn't happened! Not happy. It means there's less in the pot for repayments, although I guess technically it has gone towards debt and will reduce the amount I'm paying come April. Not the end of the world but very frustrating!
Need to adjust the spreadsheet to take all this into account.
Managed to finally swag the £5gc - it's been painful!!!
So glad it's friday - sooooooo ready for the weekend!0 -
I am not looking forward to dealing with the SLC - I can imagine it being paid off in full (which I hope to do in a month or two) then them still taking the money from my pay. I wonder if my wages department can do anything about that. Good luck though - so frustrating when people can't do their job!
Well done on swags - bet you were relieved.Debt - CCV £3792
CCB £1383 (took a hit for a holiday)
Loan 1 £1787
Loan 2 £1683
Total £8601 Was £393020 -

Arrrgh my poor diary had been so neglected lately  must do better!
There's not really been a huge amount to report to be fair. I've made the minimum payments to all cards an am chipping away with smaller overpayments. Not sure how much they're totalling at the mo, but every little helps.
Baldybear - thank you so much for the list of survey sites, that's certainly impressive! I'll have a look through them and decide which are potentially going to be most beneficial.
I'm almost at another £5 GC with swag$ - they seem to be picking up again thankfully. Managed to get a couple more bargain pressies for my Christmas stash. At this rate I'm going to have to find somewhere else to put it all! This years pressies seem a lot bulkier than last years lol!
Got a couple of bits to pop on eBay tonight, which should hopefully bring some pennies in to chuck at the cc.
Plan for today, walk woofs, sort ponios, try and give the house a wee bit of much needed TLC, try and sneak to supermarket without OH (he spends too much!) and off visiting for Mother's Day.
Happy Mother's Day to all you mummy's and mummy's to be

Finally swagged the £5 GC - been trying to get the remaining 50 SB since Sunday - Effort!!!
Not really much to report finance wise - things are ticking over and it's payday again a week tomorrow. Fingers crossed for a smooth inexpensive week.
Still not managed to get the items listed on eBay - need a kick up the bum!0 -
Go and stand behind my bigger one and he will oblige! Double barrel you right into focus!

Even a tiny step forward is a step in the right direction x£250 shopping, diesel and any other spends

Lol it's what I need Cwtchie!
Still counting down till payday - almost there, just 4 more days to get through.
Once again nothing exciting to report on the repayment front. Still got a few bits to pop on ebay to generate some pennies - must get that sorted tonight.
Jobs for today......
1. Woofs and neds
2. Chilli in slow cooker for tonight's tea.
3. Blitz the house
4. Car insurance renewal
5. Ebay
Gonna be a busy one!0 -
Well, managed to get most things done except car insurance - will get onto that later.
Relatively low spend weekend - did pick up some horsey supplies, but since they were all budgeted for they don't really count! Boden also very kindly sent me a £10 voucher (not sure why, but definately not complaining!), so have used it to cross another pressie off the list for this year.
Got 4 items listed on eBay and have some watchers already, do that's all good.
Soon be payday
Happy Monday everyone!0
