Still in love with the new bedding, it is great! Amazingly absorbent and falls through the shavings fork so easily, enjoyed mucking out :)
I was so good tonight he he he...I lunged the bigger one, I actually did it. I avoid it like the plague due to my sore neck, and yes he reared and pulled and was flipping exuberant but wow I enjoyed it! Felt like the woman in the herbal essences advert lol :). DD was so chuffed when she got home, just had the younger one to do who was a good girl, yay today :)
At the moment I am having a lovely sit down, nice and fresh from the shower, diet going well, and planning my finances, what more could I want...sigh...
I just checked and as long as the main contract runs by the end of April I will be able to pay more from my credit cards. One of them the balance was about 1200, has been overplayed by £100 since December so it's now around the 800 mark, when it's gone, I'm going to swop the £130 it's costing, £30 minimum and £100 overpayment on to another card with a similar £1200 balance. Hopefully that one will then be gone, so that will be overdraft, and two credit cards finished, will just have my £6799 balance to sort, I'll get there.
Then.......I'm going to attack the mortgage which is £170000 or thereabouts..eeekk, but I'm also going to enjoy myself, not spend willy nilly but have a holiday, replace my only pair of jeans that fit, and improve my underwear lol :)

Have had a lovely day, DD and DS gave me lovely presents and a huge card <3 DD cooked dinner tonight and made a lovely cheesecake, I had some and ruined my diet but its ok once in a while :) DS cleaned his room - no mean feat lol!
Went this morning and collected the spreader, located on a tiny lane on a hill, we took the horsebox and well lucky I can drive lol! (A lot of self satisfied sniggering taking place at the moment he he ) came home had dinner and straight back out for my eye test. I have 20/20 vision long distance, but could do with a prescription for clarity?? However my reading ability is "that's another story!" lol, I have to have varifocals, so they are ordered and I have two weeks to wait. DH laughed all the way home as I had been saying there is nothing wrong with my eyesight im just tired! :)
Horses all ok, spent the day on the yard, munching hay. The rubber mats I have in all the stables are not the best :( They were cheap and made of EVA but all the same they should have lasted a bit longer, the younger one has literally squashed hers to pieces and each morning lately has kicked them everywhere along with the bedding, so a mess to sort out :(
First day of the week tomorrow, rayburn bill paid :(:(:( Awful! Cant think about it :(:(
Once its out of the account I can move forward :)
    Have a lovely evening x

Just catching up as I've been away. Interesting re bedding too - we are going to shavings once they are out more as a couple of bags lasts pony for ages and means I don't have to pay for straw as I do now. mind you no doubt the YO will not be impressed if I don't buy from them.

Great news on the paying your debt off front too. Do you have a debt free date or not?

No I haven't worked out a date yet :(. I need to sit down and work it out.
Horses have had a nice day sunbathing today with their rugs off, lots of grooming going on, my bay horses have had chestnut moustaches lol :).
Three bays and two chestnuts :)
Been on training again today and I've got a headache to prove it! Plus a friend who was there commented that I was looking bloody awful :(. I know I'm tired but hey!...come on..... She's probably right though.
Younger one was lunged today and boy did she throw a tantrum, get over yourself girl! Bigger one is having a day off :)
My cat ate a mouse tonight, it was dead when I saw him and the noise he made we could hear him crunching the bones! Yuk yuk yuk! Ewwwwww. So !!!!! cat not allowed in tonight till he cleans his teeth.
Spag Bol made yesterday in slow cooker for tea tonight, was quite nice but I'm starving due to dieting, a very hard day today I fancied everything under the sun.
Meeting tomorrow night, might find out how much longer the bigger contract will run for, already much longer than I thought. Working again this weekend, should be £90, the next weekend is £120 and at least £45 so all helps towards Rayburn bill :)
DH and DS have been flat out this month, they usually get a couple of quiet weeks and then picks up at the end of the month, they are bith a bit crotchety due to being tired, DH is trying to sort out the veg patches for planting as well, so is a bit grumpy. I gave him a row yesterday and told him to smile, so today he did :)
Going to bed now as my head and neck are complaining badly, night x

Hope you are feeling better. I had someone tell me how awful I looked too when I actually didn't feel too bad so I was gutted!!! I wasn't in the best of moods and sometimes I think that our mood does more for us than any product you would buy off the shelf.

Good re the Rayburn bill coming down due to work and that the horses are enjoying some time out. I seriously can't wait until we have our own place. The enjoyment I will get from simply sitting and watching without having to rush off will be worth every effort.

Just spotted something on Facebook and thought of you (well, particularly your DD and college) - Heather Moffett is looking for a working pupil for six months from June 1st, it's 5 lessons a week on her Lusitano schoolmasters, details on her Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/EE.heather.moffett?fref=nf - it's not a competition dressage yard, but for training in the classical seat and French classical schooling methods, you wouldn't find much better in the UK.
