Ladies you are tiring me out just thinking about all that running.
I had a quick look in a couple of charity shops today but bought nothing :j My Marie Kondo book arrived and I've only read a few pages so far but perhaps it is already seeping into my subconscious mind :rotfl:Crazy clothes challenge 2017 - 30/3000 -
Hubby worked today. I stayed in so that I wasn't tempted to spend any money. I know it is three days early but I am going to declared June as a no clothes spend month. First in three months. 4 out of 6 months no spend on clothes.
Hubby gave me some birthday money this month to buy a pair of new jeans and undies. It is too warm to go and try jeans on at the moment so I have placed the money somewhere safe till I go and get them. Brother also gave me a Fat Face voucher. That I have also put somewhere safe until I find something I want.
Hope everyone else has had a good month.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

Glad you are reading the bible RowanThere is a lot of weird stuff in there. But it really works but you must do it in the order the book says. But once you get into it it does really work and makes life much more simple. You are well on your way with clothes already so you have a head start
Hope to see you over on the Kondo thread as a lot of the posts are very thought provoking and also funny.
Thanks for that info Kerri they do look and sound fabulous and I know I would love them cant make up my mind on what design I like most as I love all of themI too am the Nike queen and do love most of their stuff. I am also a big Ronhill fan and my thermal winter running gear is nearly all Ronhill. But price wise they are both about the same

Love those leggings Kerri
Although I said no more clothes in July/Aug I have just spent £40 replacing a white longsleeve T shirt (essential), also bought a pink hoody (not essential).
Only £40 left in budget and will need that for winter stuff need to stay out of the shops now.Crazy clothes challenge 140/1800 -
I had an unexpected brand new in that didn't cost a penny. I was offered a sundress free to review by a Chinese company selling on Am@zon.
I get offered things often but clothes are almost inevitably too small for my size 16 frame, a recent bodycon dress I was offered gave the bust size for XL as 33.5 inches.
I took a chance with one item though as I really liked the boho print and woo-hoo, their XL (stated to be up to 45 inch bust, mine is 40) actually fitted me.
This is a link to my review where you can see me wearing the dress as a tunic top, complete with fluffy hair.

Half a year down. How is everyone doing against their target?
I am pleased with how I am doing. I still have more than half of my generous budget left. (£235spent out of 600) Before I joined the challenge I would budget £1200 a year on shoes/clothes etc and I would often go over. As soon as I got paid I use to hit the shops and spend my budget. I no longer do this. I also no longer rush out to spend my birthday/Christmas vouchers as soon as I get them. I am exerting more control.

I'm still wearing those joggers I wasn't sure about.... Think it was good I kept them :rotfl:
Mav tikiboo has some new designs just in.....just sayin'
No spends here but a paid of sports shorts I listed on fleabay are up to £4 which I'm quite surprised about as I was dubious they'd sell. Nothing wrong with them and they're good dri fit ones, they just sit too high on my waist for my liking. Good job they're selling well as I'm spending a small fortune on DIY ATMFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

 Don't encourage her
I've a couple of things to report. Lovely Phase Eight silk top with little under vest thing in soft blue and white £3.50 and soft blue cotton straight leg trousers (the kind you can turn up a bit and wear with flats) £ 4. Honestly, £7.50 isn't bad for a summer outfit, is it?
I don't have much left of my total, but to be honest I think £150 was a bit of a low budget especially as I have cleared loads of unwanted stuff out. Having said that, I don't tend to buy so much in the winter. I had a nice new coat and boots out of Christmas money in the sale last year, so really just need a couple of new woolies and that will be me done.Crazy clothes challenge 2017 - 30/3000 -
I got through June with a spend of £8.50 on two tops in Rupali's sale. One for parties, was £6 from £26 and a two piece of short sleeved cardigan & long sleeved top under it was £2.50 from £9.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again...
