Well done tweets and jpscloud :j Plus jocks and everyone else I've undoubtedly missed!

I caught up this morning, came back after work and WI and there were 4 more pages  Not sure I've taken it all in as I'm tired but the chart looks really good and there's a load of weight shifted there, even if I'm one of those who hasn't got to their target :( Let's hoping that the Easter challenge goes better! Thank you as always Shala :)

Anyhow, a week of not weighing, being good, and desperately hoping for 2lb off, so

it's 1.5lb loss for me this week!

Never mind, it did at least get me my predicted progress line back on SW online :D

Sorry jpscloud - I've checked and your last weigh in for the challenge was yesterday.. but at least you can start off the new challenge with a big loss when that gain comes back off :D

meg - that lunch looks lovely! congrats on your loss :T I think I've missed a week of yours on the chart though.. *confused* will you have a check and see where I've messed up?

mildredd - hope you're still reading and hanging around, hope everything's going ok.. noticed you haven't been on for a while xx

lush - do you usually take eggs to work? I fancied it but i'm scared they'll smell  and everyone will moan:p sorry you're feeling pants at the minute x

    Chart to follow....

Shala it was my fault I posted it late but its OK it was a STS.

Thanks for the chart good results almost 20 stone shifted between us.

  • Hi everyone, I didn't post my loss on Thurs, hope it's not too late - it was 1.5 off - just 1lb until I hit that first stone so I'm hoping that will come off this week.

Half term, family visiting and inset days have really thrown things out so I haven't managed to catch up with the thread. Well done to all those who have lost and hugs to anyone disappointed with how it's going.

I made my first homity pie last week and loved it too - a definite winner

Sorry not to get you on the chart Sally.. unfortunately I've already posted, however, I've updated now and you'll see it next week.

You deserve a :T:T though as you have exceeded your target :j:j

    Hi folks
Shala I would be keen to join in your next challenge please! If you could explain the requirements for us newbies that would be super! 3rd weigh in for me tomorrow after a week of not being at home but in my sister in laws house I will wait and see as had a few bits off plan so fingers crossed it's still a loss x

Hi salduck, i'll probably post the new challenge up on Friday, most people will have posted their final weigh in's by then and people will be ready with their new challenge totals..

I will explain everything when I post the challenge if that's ok...

Sending healing vibes to everyone who needs them.

Congratulations, fay, bellkat, meg, jock, Crabapple, SallyC and ginvzt.

Special mentions to our SOTWs, tweets and jpscloud. Fab chart btw, shala.

Thanks, maman; that looks good, mmmmmm!

That’s amazing, jock. Good for you!

I’ve still got to go and get those figure altering undergarments first, lantanna! I hate buying clothes, I hate getting my picture taken and I know that I’ll feel as though I’m spoiling the wedding pics. I know the family won’t think that, but it’s me.

    That looks very tasty, meg.

Glad that, in the midst of a rubbish time for you, mich, you can still find something positive. Keep popping in even if you do decide to give the challenge a miss. I’m hopeless at the challenge (only got rid of 3lbs) but this old donkey needs it’s carrot.

Good to see you back again, Mildredd.

Behaved myself pretty well today – but not an angel yet.

    Tomorrow will be:
Breakfast: hexb muesli, splash milk & apple
Lunch: l/o pot roast and veg, clementine
Dinner: cod in cherry tomato sauce, sauteed potatoes & green beans, WW yogurt
Snacks: hexa 3 mini babybel light& grapes + choose from e.g. Garibaldi biscuits (2 syns each), Special K cracker crisps (4 syns), toast & jam (6 syns)

The sad thing about my 'proper' crocs is they are now too big :( and the Aldi ones wear thin very quickly too but then for 3.99 you get what you pay for.. I used to do quizzes on Paltalk and my nik was PurpleCrocs :o obsessed or what? :rotfl:

    Evening all :)
Laying on the sofa trying not to fall asleep :D it's been a long old day. Been to the gym today for the first time in about two weeks and did a very pleasing workout. Shattered now though! I'm WI'ing tomorrow night so praying for a maintain. Second day of being really good- when I spoke to mum earlier I complained that I was struggling to have my syns as I was full- she said rather dryly she had eaten mine and hers as she had just had a lot of naughty stuff to eat :D
    Today's food plan:
B: fresh rasps, 0% Activia, Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HEXB)
L: SW ready meal roasted vegetable pasta
Snack: 2 cheese twists (4 syns) 2 bananas, Alpen Light bar (1/2 HEXB)
    T: Salmon, steamed mixed veg
S: Salad, Quorn sage and onion slices, pastrami, gherkins, pease pudding, bag of Baked Stars (4.5 syns)
Drinks: NAS flavoured water, plain water at gym
    Syns: 8.5
Body magic: 66 mins cardio (12 mins cross trainer, 8 mins arm bike, 28 mins exercise bike, 18 mins treadmill. Total calories burned 540)
    I'm sore now :D
    Hope everyone's ok xx
