Wow just checked my chart and realised I'm only 1lb away from 180lbs, this is a major milestone for me as this was the weight I used to tell internet dating sites I was (but never have been since I was about 10) so it'll be nice to get there.

    Nice one jock :T

Off to read the next page of posts.

Good work on the Ebay BEG!

Really pleased with the sales this weekend. Felt a bit guilty as a couple of items actually reached more than I paid for them in the first place even though I started them really low. They were items I only bought around last Oct in 24s so its not as if they have been hanging around too long in the wardrobe and been worn to shreads. :rotfl:

Btw, I tried the overnight oats over this weekend and again for breakfast yesterday. I quite like them but - it was increadibly sour!!!!!!!! I use the natural yogurt and some frozen mixed berries I had in my freezer for ages. Do you add anything else to sweeten them a bit? Both times I aned up adding something - maple syrup first time, a bit of sweetener the second time. I am not sure I can stomach the sourness like this for breakfast again...

I always add sweetener to the natural yoghurt ginvzt as the frozen berries do make you go 'phwoar' and pull a funny face. :rotfl:

I haven't thought of sweetening the yogurt before! Thanks for that! No, no Müllerlights here, although I did not like them in the UK either! I used to have Activia onces in the UK, will have to look if I can find fat free version here. Germans seem not to like fat free varieties, and istead you can buy 15% (no, I did not miss a dot) yogurt. Or tubs of plain 10% one...

I tried a type of Activia yoghurt last week - cant remember what it was called - but sure it was something like 'really creamy' and it was 3% fat and were around 2 - 2.5 syns depending on flavour. They were really yummy and not like a diet yoghurt. Might be worth looking out for when you get back to UK. For anyone who shops at Sainsbobs - they were on offer for around £1.20 for pack of 4.

Hope you are feeling better soon ginvzt.

well my challenge numbers are rather sad.. think i'll sit the next one out :o

things going from bad to worse here, still on track foodwise but my scales aren't telling me that.. cant seem to do anything right lately!

well one positive, I suppose, was I got some of the new sausages and quite liked them, was expecting to hate them! :rotfl: https://instagram.com/p/zfrFPxmjbs/?modal=true

well done on SOTW tweets and JPS and for the double whammy from jock :T:T:T
  • -3lbs off for me Shala

I was also SOTW and SOTM, I finally get my fridge magnet!

Not sure it was massively deserved, the reason I lost so much was because normally I have my tea before I go but because it was taster week I didn't. It was a mistake as I was sitting there an hour before we started eating.

I'm now down to 12st 12lb which is the 180lb weight! I think I still have a bit more to go though.

    Great loss jock. :T
