Loving the knicker debate - good convos on this thread! Mine are apparently belly warmers then. I started wearing them when I was pregnant cos they were so comfy. My big baby is 3 tomorrow but the pants remain!
Thanks for the chart Shala, and well done to Daisy on SOTW, to everyone who contributed to the nigh on 7 stone loss (not me I'm afraid) and to blinkered on your loss.
Just back from WI - 2lb loss to post this weekI'm 0.5lb off my 4 stone shiny... just like I was 5 weeks ago...

We say belly warmers here too! :rotfl:
Shala thanks for the chart. If you would like to add a loss of 3.5lb for me then it would be much appreciated!!! :j:j:j
Just got back from image therapy. Very happy with that. Motivated to write my meal plan out for the week now, as long as no one else gets the bug and messes up my plans!
Tomorrow however will be:
Brunch: Plenty Bacon, egg, beans and toast (bread syns)
Break at work: Cereal (HEA and HEB)
Supper (working late): Not sure yet, but probably beans and toast or something filling, but not too heavy on my stomach.
Snacks/Syns: Made up of bread and fruit.
So tomorrow is gonna be a hard day, but I WILL get through it. I need to learn.

Well done, blinkered.
On the knicker front - I remember (Jings, I sound just like my Granny) when I was about 17/18 in the late 60's, the fashion was to wear bri nylon bloomers (I favoured red with black lace trim on the legs), fishnet, beetle (yes the insect, not the group) or tartan stockings/tights with a mini skirt. How embarrassing, on reflection! I'm surprised my mother let me out the door. I was about a size 8 at the time. Ah, to quote a song from the time, those were the days, my friend, I thought they'd never end!
Today's menu
Breakfast: can spaghetti hoops
Lunch: scrambled eggs on hexb toast, persimmon
Snack: slice banana bread (change from muffins) - fortunately this was family night and there is NONE left
Dinner: fish pie using hexa cheese, carrots, fresh fruit salad with Total 0% fat natural yogurt
Snack: to be decided
Total syns so far: banana loaf ???Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Wow, that is amazing and unbelievable!!!!!! Well done!
I am here to report 1.5lb loss. I wasn't on plan every day or stricktly, so I am happy to be here. Need to get 'back on the horse' again, but just finding it rather harder than I thought after holidays.
I did one thing though - I signed up for Aquazumba together with the childminder my children used to go, and tonight was the first time. I never thought it would be so hard to 'dance' in the water!!!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
