A 2 week wait is normal because an engineer is required to change your line card from TTB to TTR at the exchange. I had to wait for around the same time when moving from TTR to TTB.

It means that you are allowed to make a maximum of £100 worth of out of plan calls each month....its there to stop you getting huge bills useful if you have a horny teenager who loves calling sex lines. I wish TTB had such a feature on their service You can reduce this further for peace of mind if you want, i had this set at £50 when i was with TTR.
