TBH by paying more to TTB you get a far superior service to TTR:

    1) Top class Warrington based phone support on a par with the likes of Zen, IDNET, AAISP et al but without the eye watering prices

    2) Priority at the exchange over TTR at busy times

    3) Free Static ip addresses on TTB

    4) Advanced tel line features free of charge on TTB eg call waiting, ringback, conference calling etc

That said, TTR is good value for money providing you stay away from their phone support and use the forum for any issues.

I agree - but cost is 50% more than TTR and I have a wife to run (and answer to)

Also - 76Mb is overkill - I only need half this and TTR only offer the faster option !!

I have been offered 12 months 38Mb fibre by TTR for £5 per month on top of £16.70 for the phone line
No mention has been made of any installation charges - so I think that this is the route that I will take - as long as I can keep my existing phone number (CEO's office is currently investigating why TTR claims to be unable to keep it whereas TTB can !!)

In that case go for it! Just a shame TTB won't offer me any discounts :(

They are run as separate businesses - so will not "price match" with TTR !!

Could someone please confirm that TTR offer free unlimited calls, 24/7 to other TTR numbers included in their fibre packages ?

Wouldn't the sensible thing to do is ask them?

Both Fibre essentials & plus packages includes calls to other TT numbers at all times.

I can get £90 cash back through Quidco as well as the £50 vouchers from TT - So I guess this is a no brainer.....at £5 per month + phone line ?
