Evening All
No temptation at all this evening. Had a few glasses of sparkling raspberry cordial and am more than happy with that.0 -

Just remind yourself that each glass of wine or beer is equivalent to eating a mars-bar.0 -
Well, a few days ago we had am electrician round to sort out a pendant light fitting add BF couldn't quite get it fitted properly and I was worried, now the boiler broke this PM and we have no heating or hot water
Not even crossed my mind to have a drink! I think it's seen as an answer to things without even stopping to think if there's a question! I'm sure on a normal day I'd have had a vodka or 3 blaming a crap day and that it'd help warm me up!

3600= 1lb.
To be honest, I had no idea how many calories were in any of "my" drinks. I just know it's full of sugar and therefore not good for you.

Ginger ale is the drink of choice tonight.
Been to the gym again and normally I would be watching how many calories I have burnt and feeling happy once I had burnt enough to equate a glass of wine.
So in theory with not drinking alcohol and exercising, I should be win win.
Only want to lose a few pounds so hoping that might have happened by the end of the month.
Next weekend will be my time to struggle. Away for a few days and will be eating a few meals out.
This is the time I most enjoy a glass or two so I know I will find it a challenge.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
Going to be having another AF night tonight, as I have to pick up my son at Midnight from school.
Not bothered though, so that's good.0 -

Tbh, some alcohol won't be as calorific, a spirit with a slimline mixer and the lower the ABV of a wine, the lower the calories.
Vodka and soda or gin and slimline or diet coke would have around 50 cals per pub measure (single).0 -

Im on the ginger ale as well, I had two slimline tonics in the pub earlier on.
Im not actually sure I'll lose any weight not drinking, I did a bootcamp last summer, didn't touch a drop for 8 weeks and followed the eating plan and it was inches I dropped, not weight, but my liver will be thanking me for it anyhow.0 -

I live on my own so there's no temptation there from other people and I can sit in the pub when my mum has a glass of wine and Im fine.
Im absolutely fine until I have a drink and then I go, oh I quite liked that, so I need to stay away from it just now.
Next bootcamp starts next Tuesday and Im not allowed to drink for the 8 week duration so it makes sense that Im already not drinking before it starts so that I dont go aaargggh no, like most people do when the instructor says no alcohol.0
