    Criticism and sarcasm suggesting that you were exaggerating when you said that M&S had lost a customer? Gosh, you are sensitive.

    And telling someone to "get stuffed" or to "go and do one" is not a comment, it is an insult which you clearly meant, so why would you apologise.
