Froddy, there is a SW voucher in this week's W0m@n magazine which will save you the cost of group membership :money:
Thank you :A I may go for that, but am considering the 'get 12 weeks for the price of 10 and free membership offer'. That way, I have to go!!
Just booked a little getaway for May so will be abroad 3 times next year - good incentives for weight loss!! You and others on here have also motivated me to go back and, this time, get to target (it'll take more than a year but I think I can do it!).
Time for bed and a book so night all, sleep well xx"There's only one way of life and that's your own" - Levellers
"I'm feeling like a Monday but someday I'll be Saturday night" - Bon Jovi0 -
Monday - children's rooms, spare rooms or any bedroom
*Managed to get a few Christmas presents put away
*Finally got hubby to re-seal around the bathroom/shower etc
Tuesday Bathrooms and a bit of Everything Else
*Tidied DD bedroom and put all of her presents away and got rid of broken ones, plus got rid of some old clothes she has outgrown!
*Got hubby to fill in the various holes that have been left from renovating - downside is I can't get in the kitchen!
Extras
Resolutions:
*I really want to learn to crochet
*Need to get on top of my CFS/ME fed up of the boom and bust.
*I'm also facing my severe dislike of having my hair cut and having it all chopped off for charity! Eeeek.
Toots List:
*Get the rubbish out of the gardens and get the turf down.
*Get the front room decorated.
*Whittle my hoarding down.
*Get on top of the washing pile for once.
*I am determined to get my weight back down. I lost a stone earlier this year and have put it back on (twice!!) but part of that is I need to go back to meal planning, no more oh its 7pm order a takeaway!
New Year's Eve - Kitchen and Dining Room
Put pots into dishwasher (will turn on once hubby plumbs in)
Wipe all kitchen sides
Sort out the hotspot on the kitchen side
Clean the paint spots from the sink/tap
Wipe dining table
Sweep/mop/hoover floors
Declutter one cupboard (right dining cupboard and sort paperwork)
Dust cupboards in dining Room
Hoover hallway/front room now presents moved.
Extras
Sort medication out until Sunday night.
Plan on having a nice evening in with the hubby, forgotten what it's like to have a conversation with him!
Oooh first time I have had a plan in ages. Not been too great over the last few days so been able to do minimal but it's a start (remembering babysteps)
Thanks for all the welcomes*big waves*
Couple of questions, whats HH paperwork? I'm guessing household but wanted to check. The basics listed on the front, would it be ok if I added those to my daily list on here to help me get a bit more organised?
Also, whats the sticks/spoons? Sorry as I feel daft asking x
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end0 -
Fantastic news narco
Bossy... this was also a UK based call centre.. London number.. I know that is where it is too rather than just pretending.. I honestly don't know if the person I was speaking to was a man or a woman, I think it was a woman.. how terrible is that though? You'd think they would not put people on the phones who cannot be understood.. I'm sure there are plenty pf other roles they could fill.. I shall try again tomorrow and if all else fails a drive to meadowhell or Leeds wil be on the cards.. I may want to shoot myself!! lol.. I LOATHE such places.
Spent the evening at my sisters for stepdads burpday.. Dot was begging to come home after an hour.. then had a total screaming meltdown when we didn't leave immediately.. I swear there is something not 100% right with her.. She has severe issues with out if the house and by goodness she is hard work! MOL was saying how 'oh she's just full of mischief' when we got there.. after 24 hours she was saying 'She is actually deliberately naughty!!' ... well Duh!!
Evidence of SOL's cocaine use stuffed in MOL's hand.. literally.. *waits for fall out* .... She is NOT allowed to be anywhere near my children until that is sorted.. I don't drink or take drugs and I am not exposing my littlies to such disgusting behaviour.. she is 32 not 15!! Idiot woman!!
Nothing planned now until school on Tuesday..... So.. I may do nothing until then.. nothing is always a good thing to do!
Sale stuff has started arriving. My gift voucher for Joe Browns has provided me with half a new wardrobe so I NEEEEEEED desperately to go through my cupboards and do some flinging.
After I have scoffed my way through all the 5 tins of Christmas chocs, 3 tins of biscuits and had Christmas dinner I am thinking I maybe need to be a little less of me or my nice new clothes won't fit!
Ooooh... I know what will make you giggle.. MOL mentioned OH and I getting married and offered to buy an engagement ring AND give us £5000 ... like a dowry... I thought it was hysterical!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

On the bird front, unfortunately I don't have a garden now so can no longer 'feed the birds' - although I do see a lot of pesky seagulls :rotfl: However, I remember my gran always cooked an extra jacket potato when she made them, allowed to cool, cut it up and put out for the birds and they loved it.

Good morning just finishing off a night shift. Im joining in quite late this week, totally missed last week but hoping to get back into the swing. Yesterday I bottomed the spare room where I had been keeping all the christmas pressies hidden from grandchildren, nice to see the floor again. Im not very savvy at xmas, always go over the top and I have decided we will cut down and be more sensible present wise in 2015. It clicked when watching the grandkids opening gifts and not really taking notice of what gift they had received as they went streight on to the unwrapping of the next one. Things are going to change.
Loving all the bird feeding suggestions, at the moment Iv got wild bird seed, fat balls and peanuts, only seen sparrows, blue tits and our resident robin but hoping to get a few more once they know we feed regularly.
Im not following lists this week but will be back up and will hit the ground running next week. Happy new year everyone.SPC No. 295 - SPC No10 target £350

It's DDs birthday today and she is coming here for lunch. I cooked some gammon last night. Not doing anything tonight. Doubt if I will manage to stay awake for 12.
