Went to Sainsbury's for slippers but also bought some lovely gold Christmas crackers (small ones), for less than half price, some gold bows and a roll of red & white wrapping paper. I've got some lovely stuff at good prices for next Christmas but I need to stop now. Good job I'm going back to work next week!
Thank you for the birthday wishes!0 -

Just reserved Fingers a Little Tykes Sinks and Burner from Argos for next year. £16 down from £20. I'm going to pick him up some play food and accessories throughout the year to go with it x
But at least he is sorted, so I don't have to worry any more about him. ( well for Christmas anyway )
OMO you inspired me last year when you bought Fingers presents for this year and to buy cleaning stuff weekly before christmas, i now dont have to buy any cleaning stuff this month, i bought little mans birthday presents when he was only 6 weeks old in the sales and today i bought £90 of toys in the argos sale for 39.50 for next christmas so apart from a couple of bits he is now sorted, DD1 i have birthday and christmas all sorted all saving 50% in the sales and i know what to get DD2 for next christmas just need to earn another amazon voucher to finish that off so i am feeling really chuffed, thankyou#103 1p Saving Challenge Back to Front 293.94/665.95Currently Reading: Christmas at Cedarwood Lodge - Rebecca Raisin Debt Free thanks to MSE0 -

I have spent a lot of today putting my CD's onto the computer now just have to figure out how to move it onto my iPod shuffle that Santa bought me.
Hi Chrissy,
iTunes is your friend here. You can add your music folders that are on your computer to iTunes using the import files/folders function from the menu. Then once you have music in your iTunes library you can connect your iPod and copy music across from iTunes to your iPod.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

It's such a great feeling isn't it.OMO keep an eye out in B&M for toy food, they quite often have it in at a good price (£3/£4)
Thank you I will keep an eye open in there. It's not like I'm in any hurry. I have around 50 weeks
FF I sadly don't get to go to many boot sales. But I certainly will have a look if I get the chance to go to any. Although I tend to find whenever I go my friend always laughs at how bad it is this week and how last weeks was so much better. :rotfl:0 -

Thanks for that - my DD has an IPod but all her content is directly from ITunes ,but hoping to not spend I want to put my CD's onto mine also I'm not sure my music will be hip enough to actually be on ITunes.:rotfl:This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
