So much for me not getting much in the sales. :o

Just reserved Fingers a Little Tykes Sinks and Burner from Argos for next year. £16 down from £20. I'm going to pick him up some play food and accessories throughout the year to go with it x

But at least he is sorted, so I don't have to worry any more about him. ( well for Christmas anyway )

My Hobbycraft order is finally ready to collect so will go for it tomorrow most of what I bought was to decorate the wooden Christmas tree decorations I have. It will give us something to do next autumn.

I have spent a lot of today putting my CD's onto the computer now just have to figure out how to move it onto my iPod shuffle that Santa bought me.

omo got it.. was in boots. picked it up on boxing day

I found it on the website after OMO replied. Really like it. Hope one of the stores nearby have one left. Might even get a couple as I think they'd make good gifts for hard to buy for men...

    Happy New Year everyone

We had a good evening at our friends for NYE and didn't have too much to drink so no hangover the following day :D
princesskitty - thank you :-) yes I have started a board and it is really useful. I promise to keep you all updated (and post a picture after the big day too!!). Well done you for Christmas day :T and also for being so organised already for 2015!!!
kaymumof3 - cheers for the heads up re Wilko sale, will keep my eyes peeled online!
fesity - oh lovely I hope thing's start picking up for you!!
    Happy Birthday blackcat and robbie:bdaycake:

I am back to work Monday :( OH has already been doing a few bits and had a couple of days working in the garage. I did lots of tidying and cleaning yesterday and found a decoration I had missed - free it's not only you :o Haven't done the sorting for CS and tip trip like I had planned but there will be time as it isn't desperate.

Welcome to all the newbies  this is a wonderful thread, if we are a little christmas nuts ;)

As I have been arranging some of the big items for our wedding I have not sat and re-sorted my Christmas folder out yet. I might have a look next week though.

New Years resolutions are similar to the usual - eat better and exercise more. The last 6 months of 2014 I had been doing well with this so really I plan to carry it on. It kicks up a gear from Monday, I plan to be in fantastic shape by the time me and OH get married :p:D

I also would like to be more organised and tidy at home!!

    xx
Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:

    Happy birthday blackcat and robbie!

Omo how would you feel about picking up some second hand plastic food at car boots in the summer? They would clean up quite well in either mild bleach or antI bacterial and should be pence.

Clintons are doing a special 3 for 2 on their cards at the moment and it includes the 50% off christmas ones too. You need to sign up to their account, but all they need is a email and phone number.

I had the genius idea of buying all the cards I need for the year (including christmas special ones) in one today. I had a list on my phone and then got 75% in the card factory (very stress full!) And 25% in Clintons. It came to just under £20 and I stuck to either the half price or budget ones. I'm a little shocked at how much I must spend throughout the year, especially with the mad dash pricey one's from the supermarket that I end up getting.

I wasn't overly impressed with the sales to be honest. I didn't buy anything lol.
