Even at full price they are great value as the set includes dividers, address pages, to do lists, lined and blank paper.
I got the same!!
I don't know if you've looked on the paperchase website but their 2013-14 ones that are now out of date are same price as the still useable 2014-15 ones! Madness....
Happy New Year!
My NYE plans changed last min but was such fun. Quite uncharacteristically of me we went TO a club at 2am! The rare occasion I do go out I'm usually heading home then... but nope didn't get to my friends until 5am...I can honestly say I've never felt so hungover in my life... and never again...
I'm doing new years resolutions the traditional way, no alcohol, eat healthy, and exercise...
xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....0 -
Morning all

Pixtotts I've spent too much time on Pinterest over the last few days so am cramming full of motivational good intentions for a better me this year, hoping to pull some of it off.
Hoping to pack Christmas away over the weekend as cards and deccys seem surplus now.
Have a great day all, and I haven't said it for a while but I hope it contains something to make you smile.SPC~12 ot 124

Just got an email from Debenhams to say part of my order is now out of stock !! I knew it would happen ! So they are getting the rest of it sent back to them ( when it gets here).
I really don't know why I bother with them. I can't remember ever having a full order actually sent out me, there is always something missing !0 -
OMO that's so infuriating - I'd do the same as you and send the rest back. I ordered a bra and knickers (apologies if that's tmi lol)to match from Debenhams (sale price bra, full price knickers). Order accepted and money taken then a week later got email to say bra oos. Luckily order hadn't been dispatched so emailed them and cancelled the knickers!! I only ordered them to go with the bra - idiots
Freespirit, I don't know how you've managed all that cooking - I did Christmas dinner which I actually enjoyed but couldn't have carried it on. Now there are no children at home I find it quite enough planning for just DH and me
Lazysheep, DD had a fab birthday thanksWe got her a Michael Kors bracelet. She got the MK watch as a joint Christmas/Birthday pressie from my mum and sister so she was really happy. :j
Popped into Wilkinsons yesterday and bought a couple of gift boxes in the their sale but really disappointed in how little was in it. One of the items was a mug down from £5.99 to £4.99 - and probably worth half that! I think I've been really spoilt since the advent of Poundland, Home Bargains and B&M. Got our diary for the year in Poundland so really pleased with that - we use it a lot because we have all the appointments and 'things to do' in it.
Had a browse on line at the 24Studio sale - not much there and again probably as cheap anyway in the discount stores. Was hoping they'd have the Christmas tree storage bag and the bauble storage thing - have tried when they've been reduced other years but always OOS. This year they're in stock but at normal price so gave it a miss!
No real New Year resolutions this year other than to keep on trying to eat my 5-a-day (averaging 2 at the mo which is at least 2 more than at this time last year)It's the most wonderful timeof the year :0 -
Finished my sales shopping for next Christmas! (Well, not the presents...)
I've bought shiny wrapping paper in red, gold and silver. Presents for adults next year will be very sophisticated with beautiful recycled/homemade tags, ribbons and adornments. Children's presents will be wrapped in brightly patterned paper - still have a lot to get through from previous years - with more funky adornments.
My mother bought me some lovely cards in the sales (not that I needed any), so I've got more than enough.
I've also wasted an hour sorting out my gift tags into categories - robins, Father Christmas, glittery...0 -
Christmas decs and presents I bought in the sale are now in the loft. Have left the stockings out as I fill them though out the year.
All Fingers birthday presents are now in the lounge, just need to wrap them before he gets here later this afternoon.
And so begins round 2 :rotfl:0 -
