Ive seen the mini hamper in wilkinsons too, it looks really good actually. I think you could make it yourself for a little cheaper though.
If anyone is doing an American food hamper, bargains buys / discount UK have a section, with nerds, grunts, twinkies, reeces pieces etc All were £1 each from what I can remember (It was only Saturday, but ive slept since then!)

queenlizard45uk - Welcome! x
Pookle - Good luck! Sounds like your doing fab already though! I'm on a major clean out mission putting all I can on ebay. Sold 3 shirts, and a ball gown this week...makes me sound fancy putting it like that haha!
Little sis is at uni! Finally rid... very weird though... lol
Hope everyone else has had a good day. I've agreed to do mums diet with her and my boyfriend is sending me pictures of an amazing chocolate cake his mum has made, she makes the best puddings ever... GGRR!

I have a Pandora bracelet and 5 charms that Im trying to sell (a gift from the ex that I no longer want and never really worn anyway!) and was thinking of putting on ebay as im getting no luck trying to sell it on the fb groups. I always worry though, last time I sold on ebay I had to put up at 99p to get it as a free listing and I know its worth a bit more than that so don't want to lose out if few people only bid lol - I don't know why ebay makes me so nervous haha!!
On that note if anyone has an idea of what you would expect to see or pay for the above Id be grateful maybe my expectations are too high lolspringdreams wrote: »I saw a mini hamper of American sweets in Wilko today for £5.

I wish we had a wilkos in Northern Ireland, it was one of my fav shops to browse at lunch and some great bargains!! I think the nearest thing I have would be home bargainsfreespirit66 wrote: »
That frame is epic!!! And thank you Im so relieved - best nights sleep Ive had in ages lastnight! Stress is over of finding the perfect home!
Not much to report yet today. Was up quite late lastnight making a list of things we need to buy for the apartment and reality has kicked in just how much we need in such a short space of time and on a seriously tight budget but as long as we get the essentials to live the rest can follow! I guess its made family Christmas shopping for us a bit better - I feel a lot of home gifts this year!! haha!
Hope today is nice and quiet in work, my poor head is sore (seem to get a lot of headaches lately this being the 4th in a week!) have a great week everyone!Life is what you make it.0 -

I love the frame freespirit, its lovely.
Sorry, I've not read through the thread much this weekend so have probably missed quite a lot! So I hope everybody's Christmas planning is going well.
I had a weekend of clearing out our playroom and moving it in to another room so we could have the playroom back as a lounge. We moved quite a lot & my daughter has agreed to sell some of her things, but only because I said she could have the money :rotfl:
I ordered a few more Christmas presents and a few bits arrived over the weekend that I was waiting for, so all added to the stash.
A busy day in work today so will catch up with everybody later.
Happy Monday!0 -
sorry i really must make note of who says things lol
youtuber was alfie deyes.. pointless blog person lol.. shes also asked for the girl online books one and two...and i got joe suggs graphic novel so far.. shall get her one of those youtube cushions for her room.
Thanks for the comments about my reindeer. i can see me fighting to get them back once dd4 see's them lol.
Feisty... how about doing a contrast colour for the curtains if you can't find them to match exactly. go with one of the other colours in the room. Or if you have a theme add that to it. Get some contrast colour curtains and cut some htv (iron on vinyl) shapes with your silhouette.
love the frame freespirit
i've done my back in so not been able to swim the last few days... i'm itching to go today but doing the school run was hard enough. hopefully tomorrow.
i'm sat here at my desk crafting and trying to decide if to photograph all the projects i've done properly. its rather dull and dark though so will be a trying project atm lolTotally debt free wohooo 2014

On that note if anyone has an idea of what you would expect to see or pay for the above Id be grateful maybe my expectations are too high lolmeans your a lot safer wanting free listings but starting higher prices. If you have the boxes still sell them boxed! I'd also sell individually but mention in the listing that you have more up (maybe offer to combine postage too ? will be £3.30 first class for lots of boxes, make sure to send signed which is about £1 extra making it about £4.30, I'd ususally put £5 for something like that covers your packaging too then. Just then if someone is only interested in one they are more likely to bid, so chances are you'd get more for them. If sold as a bundle people may expect to pay less per item, especially if one they don't really want but the other 4 they love. Hope that makes sense. Oh and I say to sell boxed as possible as I think people are more likely to believe they are genuine that way, after all that is the fear of buying things like that off ebay.
I've not sold any charms, but I sold my old charm boxes on there, and recently a couple bits of jewellery from ex's, one a silver chain I started 99p hoping for about £10 went for £30! I was then so worried I'd worded something wrong! haha.
msgigglewick - first girl online book is very good! She will love it! I bought it for my sister, read it first, spilt tea on it, then wrapped it for her.... people try not to ask me for books :A :rotfl:
Free she seems to be settling in great thanksIt's quite good she lives in the same block as lots of people on her course so thats nice.
so...today we bought her a car.... for my sister, who isn't going to see it till Christmas, and probably not drive it for 3 years.... but £800, and 55plate...couldn't resist lol. Someone my dad knows was selling it, and it's newer and smarter than the spare little car we have at the moment, so it does make sense, it's just funny we buy her a car the day after we take her to uni lol.
And now I'm on mission tidy my room, so I can get onto the next mission, build my craft business enough to give up Avon, I'm just totally not feeling it any more
xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....0 -

Boots Christmas stock *might* be out. After reading on grabbit about it, I went to look. My nearest small Boots had no stock but all labels out. Treavelled on to town centre and that had about 1/3 stock out but not everything priced on shelf and no banners saying 3 for 2 out. Decided to leave for a few days before checking again. This excursion meant missing DH's return home from America where he's been working for a few days and he was locked out and had to borrow a key from his parents. Oooops!
msgigglewick - It was me asking about youtubers and you got me again youtuber cushions. Tell me more.
Can anyone post a link of the American sweet hamper that Wilkos do?0
