Rowan Moon - Asantee collagen, rice milk & Honey soap. Very nice and rich. The OH is Middle Eastern and showed me how his sisters use it and boy, did it make a difference to my skin! Wet face, get a lot of lather, massage it into face and neck, let it dry for a minute or two and then rinse off thoroughly. I've used it a few times like normal soap and twice the way he mentioned and my blackheads have run away in fear LOL! 3 bars for £8 which is way more than I'd normally pay but then this is more like a facial treatment than just soap. It also seems to draw out impurities as the first time I used it "properly" I woke up the next day with two HUGE spots!! So be warned ...
    Looking ahead

rowan Scholl do a foot scraper for £20. My micro pedi was a present from OH and he paid £40 for it. I wouldn't pay that much when the Scholl version is half the price.

I'm about to go for a run. I gave been for a run for about 6 weeks and I have a fun run coming up and a holiday shortly after, so I need to get moving.

    Hi ladies

I hope you're all well and keeping up with being fabulous!

We got back from holiday a couple of weeks ago and everybody keeps asking where my tan is. If I take my watch off then the tan is significant, but it was just too hot to spend a lot of time in the sun and I'd rather keep my skin healthy than brown anyway.

I'm doing well on the weightloss front and approaching the 9kg lost mark. Managed to shrink my work trousers in the tumble drier so although they're slightly shorter than I would like, they aren't hanging off me quite as much for now. I've finally started losing on my chest as well as I can run a finger around the bra cup edge now, but I have a red rash under one breast so going bra-less to see whether it's that or something else. I think it's something else so may have to nip to the doctors.

Apart from that, I treated myself to a new hoodie which is a size smaller than I was wearing previously. It's white, so I think it'll look smart and I just have to wait for it to arrive. Also took advantage of duty free at the airport to get an Elizabeth Arden product (mineral powder) so I'm starting to feel like my makeup collection is getting there. Now just to get good at applying it :rotfl:

    Good Afternoon All

Glad to hear everyone is keeping up with the Fabbing and doing well with the weight loss where that is part of it. My trousers are all starting to feel loose which is a lovely feeling.

Today was DGD's Sports Day and it was very hot! I wore white cropped trousers with a black vest top, sunglasses and silver flat sandals. I teamed it with a silver necklace with a sort of traffic light pendant with purple and pink stones, silver bracelet and earrings and my purple sports watch. I am at work for a short time tonight so shall swap the vest top with a smarter top with a draped neckline and short lace sleeves, again in black.

My running partner has gone away for 2 weeks so I shan't be doing any running but will still have my swimming, tennis and cycling to keep me fit. My sports watch counts steps and I've been averaging over 18,000 a day which is good. I find I do two to four thousand at work just walking to and fro. It's really busy at the moment so I spend the whole time on my feet, which again is good for keeping active. I'm only there from 5 till half 6 today though until DDiL and DS get there. My ex OH is here this week so will be babysitting so I shall have a night off and get on with my sewing. I'm making a yoga mat bag for myself and would like to finish it before Pilates tomorrow.

    Have a good week everyone.

    Hi all
Sorry I haven't been around, happy holidays, happy belated Bday to maddiemay and hope you are all well.

I am a bit of an obsessions over my feet and thought I would tell you all my secret to super smooth feet. I've an emjoi micro-pedi. I got it £10 off in a sale and it has been fab. Just buy rechargeable batteries because it chews them like nothing! Once I have done that I get a pair of soft bed socks ready and then use 'flexitol heel balm' on my feet. It contains 25% urea, and is amazing. It is actually formulated to help with diabetic foot care and I got my Pop some as he suffered very badly with his feet and couldn't feel a thing for a long time and this cream keeps his feet. It is well worth the price, you only need a little and it goes a long way and soaks in well.

Have been doing mine regularly despite not even owning a pair of sandals currently!

My haircut was an unmitigated disaster. She cut it far too short, with far too many layers and I look like a human hairball. I cannot tame it. So any tips for that would be much obliged. I have very thick, quite coarse curly hair, but it has long since been anywhere near the kind of curly I could leave alone to do its own thing, nor can I scrunch it and be happy with the outcome. So straightening/keeping it down tips please ;)

Hope you're all ok? I'm off for a walk in this glorious sunshine. xx

liltdiddylilt I love my micropedi too. At the moment, I'm using the aldi foot cream which has 10% urea, but I will try the flexitol when it runs out. I also like the body shops hemp foot cream.

Try the curly girl method for your hair. I find that plopping gives nice curls. Google it if interested.

rose well done on the keeping fit, you sound so active and inspire me to get my behind in gear. Your outfit sounds lovely - ds has his sports day tomorrow.

    Hi everyone!

It's my birthday today, and what a beautiful day for it! Am going to for a meal after work and am wearing my favourite dress today. I'm not really a dress person, and I like things quite simple which I always find to be the most difficult to find. It's a lovely cool back dress, not too short (which at 5'10 I always find a problem) and even has pockets! I feel fancy today :)
