    Maddie- you are so right. Putting your wishes in writing also relieves your loved ones of so much anguish when they are already grieving.
    Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle

    10,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
    Mum died at 1-45 this morning, nice peaceful and pAinfree - she just slipped away in her sleep, admittedly helped with drugs but who cares. She was kept comfortable throughout, that's what counts.

    Going to try and sleep now, I'm done for.
