    Merry Christmas!

I agree with dusty, you are a wonderfully supportive group of online friends. I've been very lucky to have met a few of you already, and I'm sure we'd all have a ball and get on wonderfully if we happen to meet!

Love and hugs to you all, I hope you have had a wonderfully happy Christmas.

I managed to get everything done yesterday, although ran out of energy in the evening and pushed myself to finish. I was so tired this morning, that I was going to skip church but went anyway as after all I only need to sit, stand from time to time, and sing! DS1 and 2 and DD all helped with lunch, which went very well.
    Very lazy evening planned.

Just popped back to make the most of the Christmas smilies!

Also, I forgot to say thank you very much to my Secret Santa! I have three lovely notebooks (I LOVE new notebooks!) and three hand crafted tags, with jewels and a ladybug, which are far too lovely to be given away, so have been added to my Christmas tree.

    Merry Christmas

I hope you have all had a lovely day. I also agree with those who have said how wonderful and supportive you all are. We should definitely arrange more meets next year.

Thank you so much for my Secret Santa gift - beautiful colours xx

Merry Christmas everyone. Hope you have all had a lovely day.

DD and I enjoyed our day at her ex in laws then went to see DGS2 and his family.

Back at DDs ex in laws tomorrow as the GGDs will be there to open their presents and DGSs and partners. I'm shattered tonight.

Santa has been very good to me and Ozzy liked his treats and toys.
  • HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!

Lovely to hear everyone has had a nice day. Ours went well, everyone seemed to have a good time and enjoyed their pressies. Mum and Dad came over and loved it, it was a very special day.

I had a bit of a powernap after walking the dog this afternoon so dont feel too tired now. We are all just watching Downton together - in fact I seem to have spent more time with my teenagers in the last 48 hours than I do in a typical month which is lovely.

Boxing Day is chill out time here, I shall aim to do as little as possible.

Happy Christmas everyone - ok it's a bit late and you're probably all flaked out!
Alas OH did not come home today; I hoped a text would come while I was at church - it did, but said that he was in until Monday as the latest blood test results would not be dealt with until then and his previous one was still a little high so the doctors today (new to him) wouldn't take the risk. I'd rather he was safe of course and still well looked after, but it was sad (or to be blunt I cried buckets over my mum). However visiting hours are 'any time' over the Christmas period so we visited him in shifts - I went in twice and so did his mum and brother. We did achieve dinner at home, 4 of us, after the Queen's speech and at least my mum is feeling better than yesterday. I guess you would describe the day as fragmented! So yesterday we were singing 'one more sleep' now we're singing '4 more sleeps'.

Cold here - I had to scrape the windscreen when I went out at 7.30pm. And there's a lot of food left in my fridge..........

I have just seen that we are in for snow tomorrow night and the weekend so may have to change our plans and take DS2 into the city tomorrow rather than Saturday.

Aww narc0 sorry he didn't make it home yet. Maybe you could do another Xmas day when he's feeling up to it.

FIL has taken the tots downstairs so I'm having a hh peace and quiet :A but I can't seem to nod off.

We are in the snow risk map too, later. Supposed to be going to my aunts later so will make sure I have a bag with pjs and other essentials just in case. I will tell my mum to do the same for foster baby.

Today is about finding homes for new toys and putting the beds back to rights! Also s&s the downstairs loo I think - lots of people in and out over the last 36 hrs.

Have a lovely Boxing Day and pigpen hope they day runs swimmingly for you x
