Evening all. The doors are still dirty and the dog hairs are still under the furniture. Also wet washing is still in the machine. BUT I have had a lovely relaxing day with DH and the dogs.

Dogs are clean -does that count as flying.

Will pop in to new thread early in the morning as I've decided to do a couple of hours paid stuff each day this week after all, and DD wants me to go to hosp appt with her.

    Night night all.

    Evening!

Conservatory postponed till tomorrow. Toys are a frog, in my head. I don't really know where to start. A good nights sleep will help.

I'm not going to let DS have his party at home, it's just too much. Our local leisure centre does parties - he could have swimming, football or bouncy castle. Although adults would need to be in the pool for swimming, some might not be up for that. I'll give him the good news tomorrow ;)

Severe case of the CBA tonight...

At the outlaws.. I have done food for a family gathering vacuumed right through the house.. I've been dying to do that since I first came. I have vacuumed right through downstairs after everyone had left, got the DW on and the remaining food away and was incredibly rude, after my 3 hours sleep last night I fell asleep on OH for half an hour while his dad was here.. I can't cope with no sleep, I nearly died.

SOL is.. absent.. she left to her bf last night came back, OH had a major strop at her.. she took a scratch on her thumb to A&E.. seriously! Like they aren't busy enough with people who really are hurt. She spent 3 days with her husband and then got pee'd off with him so went back to a 50 y/o (shes just 32) guy she is also seeing.. it is ridiculous.. she is behaving like a spoilt petulant child.. if one of mine looked like she did yesterday I'd crack them one. she is a 32 y/o woman behaving like a 15 year old spoilt brat.. I cannot abide it.. I was married with 8 children at her age and while I don't think everyone should have 8 children and be married, I think that by that age everyone should be at least responsible enough to behave appropriately!

Anyway.. I am the favourite this weekend so all is good in the world lol :p

    HOME TOMORROW!!

DD2 is getting herself an ear chewing too.. ah the joys!

Sounds like hugs & spoons still very much needed for many of you.
I took my mum to my brother's today as she was well enough to travel but no way was I having her get on & off buses and carry luggage. He took her home. We were so lucky with weather and traffic, bright sun and a straight run of 2hrs to Basingstoke then took me 2hrs 15 to get home - with lunch & coffee courtesy of SIL in between. Added bonus was the appearance of a fairy (long tailed tit) on SIL's feeder. I haven't seen any in my garden this week, really missed them on Xmas day as they usually appear.
It feels funny to be 'home alone' but I'm relieved mum is on the mend and as fingers crossed Mr Narc0 may be home soon, I don't want 2 sickies to look after.
    - stripped mum's bed and did load of washing
    - sorted yesterday's dried washing
    - decluttered fridge, sending mum home with food parcels and also few bits to brother and SIL. I'll have to keep a constant check as with so many sickies and so much to and fro-ing I've ended up with too much food.
    - visited Mr N who is trying not to get hopes raised too much for tomorrow, when the surgeon and haematologist reappear after their xmas break and may be able to send him home. If he does get signed off tomorrow, it's got to fit in with vet visit for his horse who is due his injections - vet will ring me half an hour before arrival giving me time to capture and clean off enough mud so the vet can stick a needle somewhere. Fortunately he's a good boy (the horse not the vet), unlike my late horse who was petrified of needles and used to squash me and the vet against the wall. I hope I don't have to wait in the cold for too long, it was -1 when I came back from the hospital.

Anyway bed for me, I've driven about 200 miles and I'm tired!

Hope the poorly ones feel better soon!

I have work tomorrow. :( I have stock coming and I'm not sure where I'm going to put it all! :o Oh well, one box of stock out, and another in :rotfl: Tonight I still need to prepare the box of stock which is leaving :o

I have a book to finish reading, preferably before DD gets home on Tuesday evening/night some time. I'm nearly half way through but its quick reading when I put my mind to it. I need to finish August onwards in my new diary, juggle more TV recordings, do a wash load, and run to the shop to replace the 2 tubes of opened pring1es from DD's hamper for new ones after I got the munchies yesterday :o Depending on what time my delivery arrives will determine whether I wander down to Mr A, or wrap up and wander to Mr T ;) There's only a 2p difference between them but a much bigger difference in distance/exercise needed to get there! ;)

I should really go and get on with my work as I have no idea what time the courier will turn up tomorrow, its usually 8am

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
