Iphone 5c or xperia z3?

I have just switched from an Xperia Z to an Iphone 6+.

Whilst the OP is discussing the Z3, like any upgrade, there's not huge difference in the versions.

I found the Z to be a good phone and better than Samsung, my main issue was with apps and the google play store - you cannot really get it here (Channel Islands) so there are a lot of apps you can't download.

Also, the signal kept dropping out - that wasn't my network as OH has a 5S and always had signal, so I put it down to the phone.

I just wanted the choice in an Iphone (was going to get the 6 which is more or less the same size as a Z but they didn't have any in stock).

I would rave about the Xperia (whatever version) over any other android but for consistency, it would have to be the Iphone.

Didn't I read that Apple were going to stop making the 5c?

Only in certain markets, there is too much choice which leaves the purchaser to really do their homework before committing, lucky for fanbouys, usually the next model is only annually.
I have not had my Z for 2 years yet, but since launch there has been a Z1 Z2 and Z3 (along with the compact editions) with a rumoured Z4 at the next congress. I sort of hoped when I got my ipod touch it would sway me to get an iphone (but it didn't and that's another thread).

I would chose Z3 for this only, even ignoring all other technical advantages.
