Can I have some advice please?
I've just upped my mortgage payment by a static £20.58 per month to make it a nice round figure. I'm not technically overpaying at the moment (doing bog standard saving instead) so is this small figure worth keeping track of?
This thread last year kept me right on target but I'm not sure how to set a target when I'm only OPing £20 a month and little bits here and there?2016 diet challenge 16lbs/42lbs lost

#19 again, reporting another £132.41 overpayment for February - most of which came from a £100 switching bonus from Halifax.
Running total for February is now £334.03. Pleased with my progress to date. This challenge is definitely keeping me motivated. Thanks again!2015 MFW #19, 2015 overpayment target: £4,559.83 from revised target of £3,600 (@ 2 December 2015).0 -

mortgage destroyer In my case I reduced the term but it was probably psychological as it felt better to see the end date change.
