First non regular OP of the year: £204.09

£128 as it's a 'free' council tax month, £46 because I finally took all the bags of change we had at home to the bank and £30.09 because I claimed back some money I'd been owed for a long time - most went towards my new sewing machine as I was a bit short after Birthday/Christmas money but this is the last bit.

So No 83 Yorkielass total for February is now £846.63 please.

That's got the mortgage finishing another month earlier now, 5 months off since the start of the year so far.
    Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
Initial Mortgage free date - January 2058
    Mortgage as of 1st February 2024 - £159,134.98
    Overpayments to date - £79.62
Current Mortgage free date - January 2058
  • Number 31 here. Feb payment of 171.80. No extras this month but we have so many expenses at the moment it's proving quite difficult!
