Can a police officer tell you to move when you are parked on a single yellow line. Displaying a BB within the correct time for Parking. And say if you don't move I will have your car removed even if it is a mobility car. the question was not can I sit in the car picking my nose when a non disabled person goes shopping. anyway the funny thing is I was shopping on my own. So you see totally irrelevant. That's why i didn't answer oh and by the way I was wearing blue pants.
In that case, the answer is yes, yes and yes.

[sarcasm]Of course everyone else is wrong and you're right, silly me. You were just posting here to educate us all in the error of our ways. I expect the jobsworth copper thought you were a very pleasant person.[/sarcasm]0 -
Is OP back to repeating the same questions and going round and round in his "what if..." scenario again?
OP I refer you to the last thread you created with the very same question.

And with EXACTLY the same answer as last time,, Yes the police officer was within his right regardless of your "what if" scenario.
Albeit I have no doubt you will soon create yet another thread with the same on-going, yet already answered question. GET OVER IT AND MOVE ON!!!!!:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Hello where you been this is the same tread as I said at the beginning I'll post this here aswell this was started at the same time.0 -
Aaah, so getting the question answered is not what you want? Thats ok.
OP, next time a police officer tells you to move your car, tell him you know your rights, point to your BB then simply ignore his request and walk away.
I hope this has finally given you the answer you wanted to hear in BOTH threads.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
