Someone's been busy post digging nothing better to do then go through my old posts really get a life. If you had been bothered to read my last thread instead of just copying and pasting you would of seen my wife was caught by a speed camera. Not a policeman about, so please get your facts straight before trying to be clever.

    - the words writ large were yours - a direct word for word cut ~n paste - you said them
    - I was looking for, who the motability contract was with, who was the carer, whose name the badge was in
    - and found what I was looking for, other than the fact that you appear to have been the one speeding
    - and [at the cost of a hairdo] your wife conveniently accepted the offence, and the outcome for you .. .. nice

Its a forum, if you are not prepared to have your words quoted - don't write them .. .. ever.

Do you really have nothing better to do with your life what a waste of a life. As you say you just copy and paste and don't understand what your saying. I have no problem with you knowing as you say its all on this site. If you write something down there will also be some sad person who wants to try and be clever my using it. Hope its made your day going though my old posts.

So from reading some of the further posts in this thread, it's your blue badge, you where sat parked in the car, presumably waiting for your wife's new hairdo to be finished after she took on your speeding ticket and as such didn't need to park in a loading area or use your blue badge as you had no intention of leaving the vehicle and then this jobsworth's copper comes along and tells you to move?

Seems justified to me as it's a blatant abuse of the badge!

If you want to actually answer the relevant questions that have been asked instead of skirting the issue then maybe people won't be so judgemental.

Let's be honest op your bb should be confiscated you blatantly misuse it....and you have the cheek to moan about the 'jobsworth' office when all the time you shouldn't of been using it to park up as you the bb holder weren't leaving the car.
It's a shame the officer didn't check and report you to the local authority.
  • Unfortunately for you, Richie has you skewered by your own words, and no amount of abuse will change that now. Not only are you the type of person who abuses the BB, you come here expecting sympathy for doing it. You won't get it.

How have I been skewered by my own words. Where have I asked for sympathy. certainly not from you lot. ive said nothing that has now come back to say was untrue. I deliberately didn't answer question's because I knew either way you would all jump to conclusion wrongly I might add. But whether i was sitting in the driver's seat or not driving or passenger seat whether I left the car or not had nothing to do with this tread So I didn't post it. was wondering how long it would take someone to post dig and find out all the answer's. Don't you think ive made Richie other wise boring day quite exciting. And i can't see where i have blatantly misuse my BB again maybe jumping to conclusions. Nothing new there then.

You've blatantly misused your BB by claiming that it allows you to park in a manner which clearly caused an obstruction ;)

I would never park or use a BB to park where I thought would be an obstruction. And when the policeman explain that he thought i was I moved.

The problem seems to be with your judgement as to where it is safe to park.

In reply to your original question in your first post---can a policeman ask you to move etc-

May I suggest if this happens again, refuse to move, have your car towed away, go to court and you will get the definitive answer.
