May I suggest if this happens again, refuse to move, have your car towed away, go to court and you will get the definitive answer.

True, the police officers in this case ,was that you were.
Look you didn't like being told to move when you thought you were ok to park where you did, I can go along with this, most of us don't really like being told what to do.
However being asked to move when a police officer requests you to should be the end of it.

I never said i refused to move that's everyone jumping to conclusion .When he asked me to move I said I was a BB holder and that I was allowed to park here because I thought he was saying not to park on yellow lines. When he explained that he thought i was causing an obstruction I didn't agree but I moved and then later on I came on here to ask the question. And everyone on here started shouting about the misuse of a BB and refusing to move for a policeman so rightly or wrongly i just left them think that.

If you never left the car and stayed in it whilst parked, then you have abused your blue badge.

It really is as simple as that, the idea is that you or your driver park the car and leave it with the blue badge showing so that you can park on yellow lines. Alternatively your none disabled drivers drops you off and arranges to pick you up later from the same spot.

The badge isn't so you can sit and wait on yellow lines as you see fit, you have to park and leave the vehicle.

I bet your one of those badge holders that sits in a disabled bay whilst a non-disabled person does the shopping, but becaue you have a blue badge you feel you can sit there stopping others that are actually leaving the car from parking.

I didn't assume anything, I just explained to you WHY it was relevant if you left teh car or stayed in the car.

And then made a judgement on the type of person you are based on your lack of decency to answer the relevant questions put to you and refusing to hear that you are wrong in this particular case, with what a police officer can order you to do!

Here is an idea and I am sure I have posted it a few times, when not tell us the actual circumstances of the event. i.e. did you leave the car, how long you were gone for, where you parked next/on the kerb, were there anmy drop kerbs near by, any no stopping signs, is it your blue badge (assumption is it is based on other threads).

If you don't give us the basics then people will assume your an idi*t and in the worng, end of. I cannot really spell it out any better for you.

I gave all the information needed to answer my question with was
Can a police officer tell you to move when you are parked on a single yellow line. Displaying a BB within the correct time for Parking. And say if you don't move I will have your car removed even if it is a mobility car. the question was not can I sit in the car picking my nose when a non disabled person goes shopping. anyway the funny thing is I was shopping on my own. So you see totally irrelevant. That's why i didn't answer oh and by the way I was wearing blue pants.
