I had a very good reason for being there to. So thanks FBaby you to see that i wasn't causing obstruction. Because I had a good reason not that the jobsworth copper asked.
You may think you have valid reason to park there and are not causing an obstruction but that is just your opinion and the police officer, who you think is a jobsworth copper, thinks that by parking there you could cause an obstruction, the operative word is 'could' and that means he is in his right to move you on despite you having a blue badge.
Your attitude appears to be I can park where I like because I have a blue badge which gives a bad name to other blue badge holders who appreciate that the badge is a privilege and not a right, some of us try to be responsible and have a reasonable duty of care when parking so as not to give blue badge holders a bad name with the general public and if asked by a police officer would move on and not make such a big fuss about it.0 -
How many times do you need telling, the lorry is allowed to park there because the driver is doing his job, you parking there could block a lorry thereby causing the driver to have to double park causing a major obstruction.

Not only is he a jobsworth copper he was a physic he can predict the future in 24mins you will cause an obstruction so i'll tell you to move now :rotfl: very clever jobsworth copper. Don't think that would go down well in court, I thought he may rob the bank so i nicked him now :rotfl:0 -

Police officer says "move car".
You say "nope I've got a blue badge".
Police officer says "you are committing an offence".
You say "nope I've got a blue badge".
Police officer says "you will be nicked if you don't move car"
You say "nope I've got a blue badge".
Police officer says "you have just failed the breathalyzer test"
You say "nope I've got a blue badge".
It doesn't wash does it?..... if a Police Officer says something then his/her word is "the law" unless you want to challenge through proper court procedures. So, why be obstructive?0 -

If you are so sure of being in the right and the 'jobsworth' copper being in the wrong, then answer the questions about who the badge belongs to and why you were sat in the car for so long and also why you fail to understand the part about "causing an unnecessary obstruction". A van unloading stock to a shop who's only access is through the front is a short term necessary obstruction. An ambulance picking up a casualty is a necessary obstruction. A police car parked up while the 'jobsworth' officers chase down a bag snatcher on foot is a necessary obstruction. You sat there picking your nose is NOT a necessary obstruction.Mortgage started 02/2015 opening balance -£183,349

OK - your either a poor troll or someone who is intent on giving BB holders a bad name - whichever it is you're just making a fool of yourself now0 -

Hi all glad that site seems back to normal very strange this morning
OK wife phone up today to explain about who was driving, After the lady on the phone saying (like a robot) that its down to the register keeper to know where and who is driving the car at all times. She looked at the photo and said it didn't show the driver as it was a back shot. When my wife explained that we really didn't know who was driving. As My wife is my carer we are nearly always together. So to be 100% sure would be very difficult. So she said the only thing you can do is go to court, and the judge will decide who was driving. How can he do that pull straws. And then put the phone down.

The wife has said i can put her down as the driver (cost me a hair cut) but all sorted now
