Just made my last payment on the 2014 thread. I managed to pay off 50.9% (that 0.9% is VERY important
) in 2014 so I can do it again and be debt free in 2015 :T
Can I declare my starting target at #87 £0/£4827.56 please PablosammyGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
I hope to pay off all outstanding debt in 2015:
£2000 to a family member and
£1000 Tax Credits overpayment
I'm also saving money to (hopefully) start an MSc in September so it is going to be a very frugal year!0 -

It'll leave me £1250 short of my year's goal, but that's still a hell of a better place to be in than £5k of debt!
Ok, count me in for 2015. My target is the £1250 remaining on my loan.DEBT FREE!

I was a member of the group last year but lost my motivation midway...ended up off of work sick due to bullying and harassment, doubled my debt through training and equipment and yes....in denial!!
I have probably doubled my debt after starting off so well in 2014, time to re-focus with the New Year and be honest with myself.
I do not think I will get myself out off debt in 2015 but I am going to make a real effort not to get myself in anymore debt and pay off every penny that I can (it's the pennies that count...right?!) It's all quite depressing but I am going to keep positive that the New Year will bring better things than last and I know I can rely on the group to support me. :T
I will work out my total debt this morning, but i'm estimating around £18,000.
Please can I have my old number back if it's still available:#101#4 DFBXMAS24 - £2,322.85/£5,000

Not as much as I should pay each month, but I'm rather proud of myself that I didn't increase my debt over Christmas like I did every previous year.0
