I'd like to join please, but I'll work out my total on December 31st if that's okay. I used to be really focussed on clearing debt but I've completely lost track since having our second child, all our debt is 0% and minimum payments paid by direct debit, but overpayments have completely stopped in the last few months and I barely even check our bank account atm so when we changed our mortgage a few months ago I didn't even realise we were still paying the old one too until several weeks later! We were planning to clear it all by this Christmas but I really didn't appreciate how much time having a newborn and a toddler would take up so we've stalled at halfway there. Would be the best Christmas present possible to be clear this time next year.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Been avoiding sales thankgoodness but I couldn't resist boxes of Lindt half price:rotfl:
If I try to be good for the rest of the month and eat up what's in the freezer/cupboard we should be ok and will get back on track on January payday.0 -
I'm joining in this one again. Managed to make the halfway point which I'm delighted at.
AM currently trying to work out my finances ATM. I think I'm going to round it off and plan to clear £1700. That'll give me a bit of room for any emergencies that may arise.
I'll start afresh instead of carrying last years debt and claim

Number 46 reporting for duty 3rd year running so I have no idea how my debt keeps getting higher except that maybe this year for the first time I have looked at the whole picture and stopped being in denial. So £9,246 and I am aiming to get rid of at least half and God willing a bit more.
I'm a freelancer so no regular income and no pay days but I can feel a change coming. Good luck everyone.Debt Free by 2016
