Hi Ladies, I've been lurking for a while, finally decided to actually join the thread! Hope you're all doing well. I'm 20 weeks along and feeling ok at the moment. Bump is showing but I still think I just look like I've eaten too much chocolate!

Welcome all newbies

Thanks for the comments re numb thigh, it seems a bit better today. But I feel like poop . By the time I went to bed last night my leg was still numb, my bump was rock solid. I slept ok for couple of hours but then could not get comfy. Tried pillow under bump and between legs but no joy, must have been awake since 2.30am.

We had lots of things we wanted to do round house today but to be honest I am just gonna sleep!!

Booked a private scan this afternoon at babybond. Bleeding again and I know the hospital won't do scans on a weekend. I just want to see and know everything is ok. Panicking again. I know it'll hopefully be ok. There's no pains and it's not too heavy, but more so than the other day. I can't help but worry. Especially as this only happened a few days ago.
I'm hoping its maybe because we are both ill, that that's somehow causing it. Got to keep fingers crossed that it's all alright.

We went shopping today for maternity clothes. Got a few tops, dresses, leggings, jeans and some trousers at first she thought would be lounging ones but actually look smart enough for work. Apparently they're also so comfortable she could wear them everyday.

It was exciting seeing her try the stuff on back at home as realised she is actually starting to get a bump now. So perfect timing.

It was only the jeans that are a bit too loose, so she may have to grow in to them.

I normally hate shopping for clothes but I actually picked half the stuff!

Thanks you lot. All is ok. I feel better having seen and not only heard the heart on a Doppler the other day.

Strong heart, very wiggly. Lying on head and shoulders and kicking feet about in the air, waving. So no decent photos. But active and healthy. So that's all I care about.

Also, they saw three clear white lines between the legs, so looks like it's a Zoe and not a James. I was wrong.
