Thanks for the peace of mind. I just went into full panic. Hard not to. I think if I hadn't lost any before it wouldn't be on my mind as much. Yes, our place the last scan is 4, after that you're stuck. I feel fine today. Tired as always, but fine. I didn't feel bad yesterday though. The internet it no place to help ease worries. I know googling things like that is the worst thing to do but did it anyway! Half the posts say it can happen and is normal and others basically say run! Panic! Get to a hospital! And when you are worried and not at your most rational, it's easy to only hat the second half.
But hopefully everything is ok.Book a week challenge: 11/52. Competitions won in 2021: 120 -
Crazy Hope you're OK, I'd have panicked too! Glad all appears to be Ok though.
Scan In under 2 hours, just sat waiting to finish work0 -
crazy-cat-lady - hope all is ok now.
rinroo - good luck for the scan.
I have just had a run in with the rudest HR women ever! She is known for being rude but still. I have had one day sick deducted from my pay for Feb, which is incorrect. I did have 3 days sick but the policy here is that maternity related sick is paid and it was maternity related. It was odd that it was one, not 3 days. My manager checked my attendance and all was showing as correct so we could not work out where it had come from. I rung HR and the first thing she told me I have taken too many sick days!! (5 days/2 occasions in 2016, all maternity related). I said I can take as much maternity sick as required and still get paid as per the policy, and she muttered under her breath something then told me the unpaid day was for x date... a date I was in work and that showed on my online timecard! So basically she had made a mistake and wouldn't admit it, and now I have to wait til next month to have it repaid. She has really narked me! Don't anger a hormonal pregnant woman! :rotfl:* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

I'm sure work places should have a rules written into the pregnancy guidelines that you're allowed to slap people like that, blame it on hormones and that's the end of it. Makes the workplace more pleasant for everyone. I think every pregnant lady should get 3 free slaps a month to people who are deserving.Book a week challenge: 11/52. Competitions won in 2021: 120 -

I love it! 3 free slaps!! Hahaha!
In one way, I am glad I'm not in Ireland for baby birth, they are pretty crap at scans and stuff and only daytime appointments. Here, I can get an appointment up to 8pm and after that the OB on call can do scans for you. Great for Hubby as he can come to all of my appointments and not feel like he's missing anything at work.
Just went to pre natal yoga there for first time, it was hard work! Lol will keep it up though as I do see the benefit in it. My flexibility is terrible. Anything to help at all on D day094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250

I don't need free slaps, my tongue is so sharp it can slit throats!
I considered the aquanatal because of the SPD but then realised I couldnt actually get in and out of a pool as ours just have stupid ladders.. my hips dont do ladders.. plus the thought of being in a huge bath full of other peoples stray pubes, urinary incontinence and arm pit sluicing rather put me off!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Argh, lower back pain seems to have kicked in today, I'm walking around like about 100 years old at the moment!! Anyone have any tips on how to reduce it?
Every time I got up off my chair at work today I was trying not to make it obvious I was struggling to move as its still only my manager who knows I'm expecting!!
Oh that really wasn't a useful response flutter, glad you got sorted in the end though. Unhelpful hr people like that really annoy me as they give the rest of us in that area of work a bad reputation!!
Hope all is ok crazy cat lady.x0 -
Get a more supportive chair or lower yours so your knees are level with your hips.. a back cushion.. and if anyone asks tell them your hubby got a bit frisky and maaaaan is he strong!
... they wont ask again!

My back is feeling better today so lets see what it's like by 5pm today, if it's bad again it's obvious it's the way I'm sitting at work. Problem I have is if I lower my chair too much I'm too low to see the screen as I'm a little shorty at 5ft. I do have a footrest that I already have on the highest setting. I'll see how today goes and if necessary will ask my boss for a new desk assessment, luckily as its school holidays next week the person who will be most suspicious is on leave!!!
Hope everyone is ok.xx0
