Congrats on the scan Pigpen and welcome over here :)

Will you be giving birth earlier then? It's just I'm dated as 16+6 and my due date is 19th June.

Were they able to do the nuchal measurement etc? I know you were worried about that.

No they couldn't they can only do them up to 14+1 but I had the quad test done and so we shall see!

I will be having it at about 37 weeks or maybe sooner .. Depends on kidney function, PGP and when I decide to have had enough .. :D

We will probably tell the other children over the weekend but I really cant be arrised with the negativity from everyone else, its just uncalled for and they and their opinions are irrelevant.. I suggested telling OH's mother but he hasn't done that yet either!! .. well I suggested sending her the scan pic in a text haha

And its not even a kitten!! :p

They weren't able to complete my 20 week scan because of baby's position so I'm back there in two weeks, getting d!jà vu from my first pregnancy as it happened then as well

haha lemon.. pesty little things sometimes aren't they? I had 3 with my 5 year old because they couldn't see her whole heart or her brain fully.. and my 4 yer old they couldn't get the full spine pic and my 2 year old I had 2 again because she was scrunched up in a little ball abd they couldn't see anything! This one was quite compliant today.. measured the head circumference and we saw outstretched legs and little toes.. but it still looks like a squid haha

good vibes.. so pleased all is well... :) I do realise how lucky I am to conceive easily.. but it always makes me so happy the help is out there for those who do not.

Older children told.. they can start helping out more before I become utterly incapable.

OH has 14 weeks left at college before the squid arrives meaning I have 56 school runs to do on my own.. I can do that.. I think... My PGP hasn't kicked in yet, I am trying to be careful and not do anything that may irritate it.. hopefully it will stay away.. Squid is really high up so not putting pressure on my pelvis at the moment so things are ok for now. I was using crutches from 14 weeks with the last 2 so I'm doing well.
